We are a survival server with Towny, Survival, PvP, and Economy. We run over 30+ plug-ins to expand the games game-play experience and offer many play-to-win ranks giving players the ability to rank-up as the play. When you come to Caravelle as a Settler, you can join a town, set off to start a town. Caravelle also offers many jobs for players to do for money. We have leader-boards at spawn for tracking players progress as they do jobs along with an Admin Shop. We also do regular server and player events often, including town tournaments, parties, duel events, pet duels, and much much more. Server events are hosted by the server, and player events are hosted by players like you. Our goal as a server is to provide as friendly, fun, and lag-free environment to play and survive in.
We have 50+ ranks that are play-to-win ranks that cover every aspect of the game using McMMo. Ranks come with different perks per rank so as you rank up, you gain extra perks.
Economy
In Caravelle, we have an advanced economy with player to player based shops. We have rentable market places for players to buy and sell items. We also have jobs so players can earn money doing what they love to do, from Building to Fishing.
PvP
PvP is another thing we evolve around, the wilderness is all Pvp except in towns. We have Pvp arenas so you can duel without losing items or xp or add some fun and add bounties on other players heads.
Tournaments
Every month, we have town tournaments where towns are rated against PvP, town style and size, towns and players ecominy standings. These events are fun for all.

I am Xander, a Minecraft Youtuber who runs Minecraft server social experiments. In the past, I have created an experiment called “No Rules No Questions” which is my most popular video to date. The experiment was to see how players would react in a no-rules environment (anarchy). Currently, “NRNQ 2” has launched and many people have logged on to start their own anarchy adventure. The experiment started on May 11, 2020, and is set to end on May 22, 2020. I have made a discord server with over 50 people who have joined previous experiments in the past. Clarification on no cheating. No cheating means using any client or code to give you an advantage or “hack” the game. Duping is a grey area because it’s using an ingame mechanic or exploit to give you a benefit in the game. Since duping is almost impossible to reliably police we will not be banning people for duping, but it is frowned upon by the community. What this means is most of our players look very negatively upon it and will be less likely to work with you if you are a known duper and may be more likely to target you for griefs or pvp.

I know what you’re thinking, “Super-flat.. that’s boring as fuck” and that’s exactly what I thought this would be as well but I have had the complete opposite experience. You’re probably thinking that raiding a blacksmith and getting iron armour is the most you can really do.. I’m currently AFKing a gold farm on top of the nether as i’m writing this. Full enchanted diamond armour, tools, and i’m currently working towards an iron farm… There is so much more than meets the eye with a super-flat survival world and i’m surprised that no one has really thought of doing this before..
A lot of Minecraft servers feel the same now, they have lost the magic that they had when I was a lot younger. It’s all the same generic stuff.. Factions, Skyblock, Pay to win, crates that are rigged half the time. While a lot of work is put into these servers, they all come out as the same thing at the end of the tunnel, A decent player-base that will slowly dwindle until the owner can’t really be bothered to manage it anymore because it’s not making any money, that’s the sad reality of it but I just can’t express how much I love this game-mode that’s been so overlooked and tossed aside for years. It completely flips the game upside down, Things you take for granted in most servers have so much worth here. My Enderchest currently has saplings and crops sitting in it (Stuff you can only get from wandering villagers that cost a lot of emeralds) and I get more excited when I see a wandering villager than I do when I find diamonds in a nether fortress. I can honestly say that I really feel that magic again playing on this server, it sounds corny but its my honest truth and experience.
So many people are used to just being handed gear upon joining a server and they stay around in hopes that their staff applications gets accepted. I want you to work for your gear like you never have before and toughen you all up a little bit 🙂
One of my regular players said this to me the other day; “Super-flat survival is the game-mode I didn’t know I needed”
I won’t lie to you, This server is aimed more towards the ‘hardcore’ player and I acknowledge most players just enjoy a casual experience which is 100% fine but if you have read down this far then you are at-least a little interested 🙂
Remember that this is an ‘anarchy’ server essentially. While hacking is not encouraged, I will not be enforcing it meaning there is no punishment for doing so.
The map for this server will hopefully never be reset unless something, somehow generally corrupts the world save (I will be backing up the server everyday just to be safe though)
I am aware that some aspects of the game are completely gone due to this server being on a flat world. The End, Ocean monuments, etc.. I am currently trying to hire someone to help me make a few custom plugins like;
– Generated strongholds on the map
– Village variation (Plains, Tundra, etc..)
No one likes the water monuments anyway so we can leave that alone 😉

Ok, now that the staff hunters are gone.. I may look into getting some developer help if the server gets any sort of substantial player-base to help maintain ‘internal affairs’. There are no ‘title’ ranks. if you want to stand out from the rest then carve your name into this server with mighty leadership or terrifying destruction.
I’m aware that this is probably the most ballsy move in ‘server making’ history. I’ve been playing Minecraft sins I was around 12 (20 now) and I have never seen a super-flat world outside of creative plot servers. Its different which is what I hope will give it it’s edge.

Why should I join?
Well, just to give you some background, HearthCraft has been a SMP server for anyone for a year now. We’ve been giving people smiles, fun times, memories, and friends to people of all kinds since October 2018.
If you’re a Minecraft veteran, I assume you’ve been in these kinds of servers:
1) Everyone is just minding their own business. The chat is too flooded to notice you join.
2) An overly strict and tight one where the staff members, among all people, are the ones rude to you.
3) A hub server that’s just… soulless. A sense of community is hardly found.
HearthCraft, I can say, is the polar opposite of those servers. When you join, assuming there’s people online, you’ll be welcomed. Everyone’s cool, and… warm.
A fair experience
The feature we’re proud of is our leveling system. Do you know how in some servers, it’s either you’re a regular or a donator?
That’s absolutely what we avoid.
We have a leveling system where you can level up and access extra perks at the price of playtime, mcMMO power, and in-game currency.
Basically, when you play enough, you’ll eventually be able to fly, access certain commands, and even talk with color codes.

To go to the wild, simply walk through the portal at spawn and either drop down the end portal or talk to the Random TP NPC at the survival spawn hub. If you need resources for yourself you can visit the market at the town in spawn or type /warp market where you will notice various NPCs offering loads of different resources.
