After around a year of development, we are happy to announce that the server has officially launched!The server is a ‘non-P2W’, mature and professional survival server. We are focused on having a relaxing and fun time within a tight-knit community. The server expands on the vanilla Minecraft that you know and love by adding an economy, jobs, skills, custom items and dungeons. Our server runs on premium and custom plugins that we have put our own money and time into for others enjoyment. We do not have any sort of ‘Admin Shops’ where you can sell/buy to/from the server. The entirety of our economy is natural and player-ran.

IMPORTANT: THE SERVER IS ALWAYS ONLINE BUT IS PUT IN SLEEP MODE WHEN NO PLAYERS ARE ONLINE. JOINING THE SERVER WILL START IT UP.

This is a semi vanilla survival inspired by LegitPlay, which shut down 7 years ago, and is probably the most accurate recreation of it to date. We offer land based protection through ProtectionStones and have employed many preventative measures against griefing, cheating, and toxic behavior. We also have chest shops employing vanilla mechanics, where you can trade using ores such as diamonds, gold, iron, or any other material. Our endgame will be focused around PvP in server arenas, where people may put their skills to the test with the items they have grinded for. Players can have any other endgame goals if PvP isn’t their thing. We also offer Bedrock and Java Edition cross-play, backwards compatibility with Minecraft versions and support for the latest version of Minecraft, player teleportation and warps.

2b2t has a griefing problem?

2b2t moved to another server recently, and then moved to a new server again. The griefers switched to minecraft, of course, the server, as you would expect, are packed with griefers, hell you can even find various thumps in these people. As for what they do in the game, I honestly don’t know. The sheer dedication and passion they show is disgusting and the amount of grief that I am seeing in these people is scary.

I never did consider griefing, I guess I knew that griefers liked being alone in their depression because they get pleasure out of using their shitty weaponry. I am now faced with one of the greatest challenges in my life as a gamer: I can’t let them win. The griefers move to new servers so that they can have better stuff like diamond armour and withers with meme nametags, which should never be seen by anyone, I cannot believe that this is happening, I cannot stand it anymore.

PvP is great. You can make friends with people in different worlds with similar interests, many of whom are based on camaraderie. But the world of Minecraft will not be much different. So instead of killing them, or making new friends, it’s better to get used to the griefers.

Critical Crafting is a server started by a small group of friends who wanted the vanilla SMP experience without all the drama and anarchy of public servers. The hope was that a small whitelisted server dedicated to preserving the importance of community and collaboration would lead to some truly spectacular adventures and memories.

Critical Crafting is completely fresh and will launch alongside of the Minecraft 1.12 World of Color Update.

Server Settings:
The world is 20,000 x 20,000 blocks with every biome represented.
The difficulty is set to hard.
The dungeon count has been set all the way up to 100.
Mobs have a chance to drop their heads when killed.
Enderman griefing disabled.
The Ender Dragon drops an elytra when killed.
One player sleeping.
