Hey all! Let me introduce myself! My name is Skulxr (just Sku is fine) and I’m one of the three Managers of SkuadMC! SkuadMC is a community oriented survival server that strives to deliver a familiar yet interesting SMP experience. We utilize a combination of commonly used plugins as well as custom plugins to accomplish our goal and provide this experience. A few notable features we have are as follows:

GriefPrevention (Land Claiming)

By far our most important feature, this commonly used plugin allows players to select areas of land to claim and own. As you may know, this plugin also allows you do things such as add friends to your claims, buy and sell claim blocks, and specify how other people can interact with things in your claim. However, we have added a Flag plugin that allows you to apply flags with various effects to your claims, such as not allowing others to enter, changing the time and weather, and even flight and biome changing.

SkuadMC Levels (Progression System)

This feature is custom to our server. We have this feature to provide players with a form of progression that keeps them interested and gives them a goal to strive towards. The two lowest ranks, Newcomer and Member, unlock various perks and rewards as they progress through the server such as money and experience as well as mcMMO boosters and other perks. However, the most important thing this feature does is restricts donor perks. Donors and regular players start off almost completely the same save for access to cosmetic perks. Donors unlock their commands and perks through leveling up, even their kits are restricted. This provides everyone with the same starting point and makes things much more fair for the average player.

MythicMobs/Artifacts (Custom Mobs and Items)

Now, to some this might be a turn off, and we get that. Even on our staff team this has divided us. So we reached a compromise. Within the first 15k blocks around spawn (the range of the RTP command), everything is normal. Mobs work as expected and drop normal items. However, past this 15k border reside the Mythic Mobs. These are custom mobs with in depth attacks and abilities that drop ingredients for custom recipes and tools. The Ender Dragon boss fight is of particular notability, as it has been bumped up in difficulty and now requires a group to beat.

Other Features (Shops, Auctions, Crates, etc)

We of course have a wide variety of smaller features throughout the server. At spawn you’ll find shop stalls that you can rent by the week with the ability to customize. Chest shops come into play here as they are vital in making money, as there is no server market here. Alternatively you can choose to Auction any item you wish in our GUI based Auction House. Then of course there is voting, which gets you crate keys that can be used to get some pretty cool loot. We also have a referral system that lets you get rewards for inviting new people to the server by giving them a code to use when they login.

There are many many more things to talk about, but we’d prefer if you just joined and experienced them for yourself. But before I go I’d like to talk a bit about the most defining feature, our community. The community here is very close and welcoming. We primarily talk and chat via our Discord server, which you can find linked below. You’re certain to find friends here no matter what you decide to do.

Mineville is a small offline/cracked survival server. It started out as a small private server back in February 2012. It quickly gained popularity with an average player count of around 20. Over the years Mineville has had a number of map changes with the recent one in September 2018. The map required resetting with the recent release of 1.13.1 also there were many abandoned builds where players had not been on the server for some time. Mineville has a number of plugins to keep it interesting such as mcMmo, ChestShop, Jobs and many more. I will be including more plugins in the near future once these get updated. Mineville is pretty laid back, there’s always plenty of land to build on unlike some other servers I have been on where everywhere is protected.

Vivecraft Spigot Extensions plugin installed, otherwise the following limitations apply:

Teleporting may not be allowed. Vivecraft will notify you if you turn on Teleport mode and the server has not indicated it is running a Vivecraft Server Plugin. Attempting to teleport in this case will result in ‘rubberbanding’ back to your original location.

Arrows and Projectiles will spawn at your face, not controller. Aim accordingly.

Arrows will do normal damage.

The direction your player model looks will vary depending on activity and does not follow the HMD direction.

Endermen aggro will use the pointing direction and not the look direction.

Some of the main features my server hosts are as follows:

ResidenceResidence is different from most protection plugins in that it aims for the users to be able to protect their own homes without having to bother the admin to do it. Residence has support for a variety of different protection types including preventing movement through areas, all of which can be configured by the land owner, and limited by the admin.

ChestShop
A simple, yet very powerful system for making physical shops using signs and chests. It’s never been that easy to create shops! With features like shop protection and anti-lag protection, you won’t have to worry about your server’s economy anymore!
BlockLocker
This plugin allows you to protect chests, doors, furnaces, dispensers, droppers, hoppers and many other blocks simply using signs. Once a sign is attached, only people listed on the sign can access the container. It uses no databases, all information is stored on sign attached to the protected block.
LongerTime
Realistic Time is a plugin which increase the time for a Day in Minecraft! So if you put this plugin on your server you have longer Days,nights, evenings and mornings. This gives your Server more realistic for example if you have a Roleplay server and you want longer days you can use my plugin to realize that.
JobsReborn
A fully configurable plugin that allows you to get paid for breaking, placing, killing, fishing, and crafting, and more. Class based professions, gain experience as you perform your job.
MobArena
If you enjoy fighting monsters for glorious prizes or just the sheer thrill of battle, you and your friends can now join forces against hordes of Minecraft evils in the exciting gladiator-style survival mini-game MobArena!Heavily inspired by Deminetix’ now inactive ‘Fight’-plugin, MobArena is a PvE-take on arena-gameplay, with a similar class-based system. Instead of fighting other players, you team up with them to beat oncoming waves of monsters, earning lots of rewards in the process. MobArena can be played alone, or with as many friends as you like!
mcMMO
The goal of mcMMO is to take core Minecraft game mechanics and expand them into add an extensive and quality RPG experience. Everything in mcMMO has been carefully thought out and is constantly being improved upon. Currently, mcMMO adds fourteen unique skills to train and level in. Each of these skills is highly customizable through our configuration files, allowing server admins to tweak mcMMO to best suit the needs of his or her server. Know that the mcMMO team is dedicated to providing an ever-evolving experience, and that we carefully read all feedback and bug reports in order to evaluate and balance the mechanics of mcMMO in every update.

This server is mostly PvE survival, targeted towards more experienced players and people that are looking for a long term experience. We usually keep the survival maps for as long as possible, the last one stood for over 5 years without a single reset and continuing through versions.

We are a friendly and very helpful community. We’ve even built a town which anyone can join if you need an easier start in this rough world. PvP is turned off (though we might get a seperate world for that later) except for in PvP arenas.
Everything you build can also be claimed so nobody else can grief it and you can level up pretty much every skill you can think of over time.

There’s so much more in this world you can discover but I don’t want to bother you with too many details, just try it out yourself and get into it. We even have a wiki which explains everything the server has to offer in even greater detail!

Overview

Now running 1.15.2 😉

MeepWorld is a simple yet fun (mostly) vanilla minecraft server, with a very straight forward feel and friendly community of players.

The world features a small spawn village at the centre (x0,z0) with some basic facilities, including public farms, a mine, an info centre, a portal and a crafting/smelting workshop. Information on the server, plugins, rules and our community can be found in the information centre in game, so make sure to visit! The rest of the world is wilds in which to build, dotted with houses and builds here and there. You could even go ahead make a settlement, using the grief prevention plugin, which allows for land protection and claiming, plus it’s very easy to use.

The idea is that it’s super easy, fun, relaxed and simple vanilla survival in a friendly environment. To help with this, creeper explosions are disabled, fire spread and mob squishing are turned off and you keep your inventory when you die. PVP is enabled but it’s generally frowned upon if the other player doesn’t agree to it, so no randomly murdering people please.

There are no thrills or frills, no teleportation, no /home, no warps, just back to basics like in single player, except with friends to help you. It’s all about exploration, building large transport networks and working together to conquer the wilds.

Important Note

For this map/wipe/season/whatever we think it would be nice if people used roads and railways in the overworld, lived close by rather than far flung and even formed little shared towns and settlements. It would be much nicer if you could often see other builds and people around, rather than everyone living far apart and away from spawn and just using nether ice roads to get about

We have recently reset the map as every year or so our players tend to get a bit bored with their playthrough and want to change things up, we try not to do this too often and only if a majority agree to it. As for the end dimension, we do occasionally reset that to allow for new players to find unlooted cities, but the main island and any player builds are left alone, as long as you notify a staff member of their whereabouts.

*Also the nether will be reset for the upcoming 1.16 nether update so don’t get too attached

Basically just go out and have fun out in the infinite wilds of minecraftia, either playing solo or working together with friends to conquer the wilderness and build many epic creations of awesomeness. MeepWorld, it’s all about fun.

JordanMC is a server with an ever-expanding community, we strive to create a place for all players to join, and feel at home, as well as enjoying the service we provide. while it is a Survival based server, we offer a lot of different features to enhance this already limitless game. Some of the features we provide include a thriving economy, funded by our jobs plugin, which allows the player to gain money through doing various tasks. As well as this, we offer a market for players to sell resources they have collected, or buy from other players who have set up a shop in the market already.
As well as a growing economy, we offer an Autorank system, which allows you to progress through the ranks as you spend more and more time online, with each rank granting you more power and more possibilities than before, at first you start at “Newcomer”, and after 2 hours of playing, youre ranked up to “Citizen”. At this point, youre welcomed as a regular player on the server. At which you will have access to /back to death. And the resource world. Which is reset automatically every month. After Citizen, you can continue to progress, elevating to “Townsmen”, then “Representative”. And finally, after achieving Representative rank, you will be promoted to our highest achieved time-based rank, the “Mayor” rank.
Although we do not encourage a pay to win environment, we do offer a Donator rank. This rank is not used to surpass the time-based ranks, as it is a monthly rank which will only give access to certain perks, all of which are not exactly game breaking. We offer a donator rank only to allow players to donate to the server if they decide to. These perks that they have act as a “thank you” from us from the staff team at JordanMC.
We also have a load of small plugins to help enhance your Minecraft experience. For example, we have an Elevator plugin, Fastcraft+, Silkspawners, and much more. We also protect all builds with Grief Prevention. (to build in the regular survival world, you must claim land).
Things to be aware of:
• Xraying is an instant ban. so, avoid anything that may look like Xray, (Sparatic Strip mining, Alternating Levels, Using no torches)

Teleport to the world at random and start building. Protect your buildings with Powercells. Then nobody can steal from you anymore! But beware: in Survival even the admins can’t help you if you lose your house. So set your home with /home. You’re not into all that building and stuff? You prefer to go into battle with sword and shield? Then play KitPVP! Choose one of 11 kits and go into battle.
Even the lobby is full of surprises. For example, you can try out the many jump and runs or explore the lobby. The lobby will be adjusted according to the season. So you never get bored.
