Timeless is a server that combines the fun of semi-vanilla minecraft and boosts it with various events and a storyline for players to follow.

About

During the pandemic I found myself drawn back to Minecraft, while joining multiple servers I found a lot of them run poorly or dedicated ‘pay to win’ structures. While searching through my hard-drive I found a story for a server to follow. From this ‘Timeless’ was created, bringing more of the classic older server style of minecraft and mixing it up with a narrative to create an engaging world for players to explore.

Timeless basis itself around vanilla minecraft, but adds more convenient solutions with its various plugins. You’ll find starting players can access basic commands from essentials and are ranked up by voting! If you need a break from mining and building we have multiple arenas ranging from pvp to parkour, in which you are given kits to battle to your heart’s desire.

These arenas also hold tournaments and mini-games, for players to compete and win prizes to aid their survival progress.

The soul of ‘Timeless’ would be the Lore Events, large adventure map style builds for all the players to join using gear they’ve collected in survival. These maps range in puzzles and PVE using custom mobs to challenge players.

Lore

The year is 2131 in a universe similar to our own, primitive in some aspects but more advanced in others.

The world is bare and untouched, painted with vast deserts and deep twisted caves.

A tyrant rules over this land, sat in his throne surrounded by his vast amount of treasures, while many others waste away in the surrounding landscape. Many have tried to conquer this tyrant but are quickly vanquished for he is protected by his men, but they are far from men, they are the Timeless.

The Timeless are much like humans, but hold incredible powers, they are unaffected by time and are reborn on death, changing their faces on each reincarnation.

Some say a blade was forged by a legendary blacksmith holding the power to rid the Timeless of their ability forever, though its location is unknown.

Vellum’s lore is an original piece of writing that is easy to understand. The world is set in a medieval setting with some fantasy elements added to spice up the lore.

Here is a snippet of our lore:

In the wake of a massive race war between the humans and the Thrali, tensions have never been higher. The humans, with their superior technology, among which include the vaunted, and deadly, Fluxbow, fight an endless war against the Thrali, whose strength and power allowed them to keep the humans at bay.

However, no war is truly sustainable. After 20 years of fighting, the resources of the land have been bled dry. Quartz, a necessary resource for the creation of the Flux Bows and their power source, have been mined till none left could be mined.

Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, rumors of a new continent to the far west have sprung up. Of a land ripe with resources for the taking. It was an opportunity. For those who sought refuge from the war. For those whose desires could no longer be satiated in a war-torn land. Even those who labored to fuel the ongoing war. All began to congregate in the new land of Ephemera.

Whitelist

You’re probably itching to jump into the server right away! However to make sure that everyone has a wonderful time and that only the most wonderful stories are created, you must fill up and an application form and create a sheet for your character using our template. You might think this is cruel, but you’d be surprised at the amount of people who apply without even reading the rules!

Vellum has a small yet active community that is ready to craft wonderful stories! The server is most active during EST afternoon-evening.

FAQ

How does roleplay work on the server?

Vellum’s server is equipped with the Medieval Roleplay Engine plugin. Players will roleplay in a separate chat, accessible by typing /rp in the chat. Actions can be roleplayed using the /emote command. Messages sent through these commands can only be read in a limited distance from the player to prevent metagaming.

How do I join?

In order to ensure roleplay quality, this server has a whitelist. Before you can join, you must go through our application process. To do so, simply join the discord linked below, read the rules, and fill up the application form.

Crossroads RP is a medieval fantasy Minecraft roleplay server with plugins to allow for a TTRPG system homebrewed from Dungeon Crawlers Classic and an old web series called “URealms”. As well as mechanics decided upon from years of DMing on Minecraft. It is generally loose in lore, system, and everything else to just offer as a grand medium for our Dungeon Masters to entertain different people. However, this is not the final idea for Crossroads.

Throughout your time on the server, you will be able to roleplay your “Tavern Character” casually in between Tales (campaigns) and events. The main gameplay comes from the Tales of course. Within a Tale, you will play a separate character, akin to playing a TTRPG game, where the Dungeon Master will set up Minecraft builds for you to progress through. Maybe you will be a dwarven swashbuckler or maybe a construct bard.

Crossroads RP focuses is a roleplay community that uses the medium of Minecraft as a way to tell interesting and diverse stories. The strong focus on such allows for the server to be devoid of intensive politics, and arguments. The server has been designed with the simple sentiment of: ‘A place to have fun whilst enjoying roleplay in a grand spiralling storyline’ and this comes in from a mixture of interesting gameplay, longstanding character pay-off, and a LACK of players trying to enforce a certain RP dynamic onto someone.

About us
“Although I’m Alone” is a Minecraft server that closely adheres to five principles: simplicity, modernity, pragmatism, player involvement, and freedom.

In practice, we aim to create a server that promotes prosocial and eusocial behavioral growth in humans. Not tribalism (factions) or presociality (anarchy).

Rules and Vision
By modeling our administration after real-life governments, we give players the freedom to do what they desire, and deal with problems on a case-by-case basis. Never again will you get banned for breaking unwritten rules or getting on a staff member’s bad side.

Our only rules are no griefing/raiding and no malicious behavior towards the server or other players. Although the second rule is non-specific, we trust most players understand its meaning (no hacks, lag machines, unwanted pvp, etc).

“World” main homeworld, location of all major factions and the large fortress from which the server gets its name. Legend suggests that in ancient times the old races came here with the darkstars with the intention of mining all the resources, but they encountered… unexpected complications. Whatever it was, most of their machines were apparently abandoned overnight; often while still functional. Some how a form of “magic” evolved with later residents of this world – and an agrarian / feudal society; which on discovering the relics of the ancients became a sort of Romantic Steam Punk society.
Grimnir – location of Grimgate – a powerful group little is known about.

World Nether – Site of the last great war of the ancients – homewrold of the Necromancers; regular skirmishes still occur here, very dangerous place for unranked players. If you fall off the main world you land in here.
Cybertron – homeworld of… the technomancers? Site of a high technology war. Mostly uninhabited, but completely covered in empty cities, and underground mysteries.
Acadar – now this is a mystery planet. Currently overseen by Tangent Spy. Appears to be a tech world. But contains less relics.. that we know of.. Its name has special meaning….

De server heeft verschillende anti-cheat plugins en kan makelijk griefers opsporen en de schade herstellen.

je kan(in-game)geld verdienen door:
