Newtcraft is a small community Survival server that
aims to be as simple as possible while offering all of the basic
features you would expect in Survival. All players are equal in what
they can do, and there is no annoying chat or language restrictions,
such as delaying speech.

Difficulty is Hard, and PVP is enabled with keepinventory off for the
best survival experience /back allowed, however it is a peaceful
community and players can set claims.

The server is new and Vanilla enhancing plugins such as slimefun or
silkspawner may be added in the future. It is improving every day!

this server explores running a community without any form of hierarchy. we believe that no player should have any form of advantage over the other.

this means that instead of having staff moderate the server, all disputes are to be handled by the community themselves.

rules are enforced by plugins, without any human intervention. anything that cannot be enforced by the server is permitted (x-ray, griefing, cheats)

if a player discovers a bug and exploits it, they will not be punished and will be able to keep their rewards

however, this also means that in the event a server bug causes any form of damage, there will be no staff to reverse it.

if the bug causes server instability, changes may be made to the server’s configuration to prevent it from happening again and will be logged in #changelog, but any damages it caused will not be reversed.

in the exception where a bug is caused by server lag, however, changes will be reverted and compensation will be given, provided that you have detailed evidence how it happened and a screenshot of the server’s TPS when it happened from #server-log

as we believe in being community-run, players may suggest changes to the server by creating and voting for new features in the #polls channel(edited)

Nightmare – [Beta]!

Nightmare is an extra-hard survival server aimed at older and mature players who are bored with normal survival or find it too easy. ExtraHardMode is the backbone of the gameplay for the server which changes several Minecraft mechanics. The night is eternal, mobs are harder and have special abilities, you must drink water or die of thirst, only a bed home is allowed, crops are nerfed, and many other changes to make Minecraft more challenging. We still incorporate some economy features such as Jobs Reborn and Auctionhouse plugins to sell items. We also feature SurvivalMechanics to make it an even more unique Minecraft experience by adding things like wall runs, crawling, sliding, etc.

Griefing and stealing are not allowed – it is purely Player-Versus-Environment. We utilize GriefPrevention for land claims.

This server is still a work in progress, but is ready to be beta tested. If you notice any bugs in-game please make a modreq by typing /modreq create in-game.

We have Grief Prevention Land Claiming, and use the additional commands /spawn, /sethome, and /home so you can get back to your build whenever you want. Also players will not lose their inventory’s on death.
