We are a survival RPG server centered around raiding, while having the PVE experience. A lot of the servers inspiration came from DivineRPG and the old Voids Wrath pack by the Atlantic Craft. Hey all! Let me introduce myself! My name is Skulxr (just Sku is fine) and I’m one of the three Managers of SkuadMC! SkuadMC is a community oriented survival server that strives to deliver a familiar yet interesting SMP experience. We utilize a combination of commonly used plugins as well as custom plugins to accomplish our goal and provide this experience. A few notable features we have are as follows:

GriefPrevention (Land Claiming)

By far our most important feature, this commonly used plugin allows players to select areas of land to claim and own. As you may know, this plugin also allows you do things such as add friends to your claims, buy and sell claim blocks, and specify how other people can interact with things in your claim. However, we have added a Flag plugin that allows you to apply flags with various effects to your claims, such as not allowing others to enter, changing the time and weather, and even flight and biome changing.

SkuadMC Levels (Progression System)

This feature is custom to our server. We have this feature to provide players with a form of progression that keeps them interested and gives them a goal to strive towards. The two lowest ranks, Newcomer and Member, unlock various perks and rewards as they progress through the server such as money and experience as well as mcMMO boosters and other perks. However, the most important thing this feature does is restricts donor perks. Donors and regular players start off almost completely the same save for access to cosmetic perks. Donors unlock their commands and perks through leveling up, even their kits are restricted. This provides everyone with the same starting point and makes things much more fair for the average player.

MythicMobs/Artifacts (Custom Mobs and Items)

Now, to some this might be a turn off, and we get that. Even on our staff team this has divided us. So we reached a compromise. Within the first 15k blocks around spawn (the range of the RTP command), everything is normal. Mobs work as expected and drop normal items. However, past this 15k border reside the Mythic Mobs. These are custom mobs with in depth attacks and abilities that drop ingredients for custom recipes and tools. The Ender Dragon boss fight is of particular notability, as it has been bumped up in difficulty and now requires a group to beat.

Other Features (Shops, Auctions, Crates, etc)

We of course have a wide variety of smaller features throughout the server. At spawn you’ll find shop stalls that you can rent by the week with the ability to customize. Chest shops come into play here as they are vital in making money, as there is no server market here. Alternatively you can choose to Auction any item you wish in our GUI based Auction House. Then of course there is voting, which gets you crate keys that can be used to get some pretty cool loot. We also have a referral system that lets you get rewards for inviting new people to the server by giving them a code to use when they login.

There are many many more things to talk about, but we’d prefer if you just joined and experienced them for yourself. But before I go I’d like to talk a bit about the most defining feature, our community. The community here is very close and welcoming. We primarily talk and chat via our Discord server, which you can find linked below. You’re certain to find friends here no matter what you decide to do.

What is this server about?

The Beautiful Game is focused on providing an enhanced experience that stays true to the essence of Minecraft. All of the plugins we’ve chosen were with the express purpose of enhancing vanilla aspects of the game to bring out the beauty that is sometimes hidden behind its blemishes, while also adding deep and engaging gameplay elements onto the existing framework of the game.

The gameplay has been tailored to encourage playing together through the Towny plugin and incentivizes building things like public transportation, road systems, railroads, etc. Commands like /rtp and /tpa have fees attached to them so that alternative means of transport are not only viable, but encouraged!

We use Jobs, MCMMO, and MythicDrops to add an economy with custom rare items that come with benefits not possible in the vanilla version of the game. You’ll spawn a custom world with beautiful unique terrain and custom biomes sure to provide you with many locations for building and adventuring in.

We take the input of our players seriously, any suggestions for plugins in our discord will be considered and we greatly value the input from players. This isn’t to say we’ll add any plugins you ask for, but we’ll consider each suggestion with thoughtfulness.

Notable Plugins Used:

EpicTerrainGenerator – Used to generate the custom terrain you’ll be exploring

BetterRTP – Used so that you can start your adventure quickly

Deathchest Pro – Isn’t it annoying how you have such a short time to get back to your possessions after an unfortunate death? With this plugin you’ve an hour to get back to your gear that is locked safely within a chest only you can open!

MCMMO – Used so that you can level up basic things that you do in game such as mining, chopping wood, gathering herbs, repair, and excavating.

MCMMO Horses – This allows for horses to have custom stats such as swiftness, agility, vitality and wrath. You can train your horses to increase their stats and performance. You could even train horses to sell them to other players opening up another avenue of gameplay.

Jobs Reborn – We use this plugin for you to earn money to rank up or buy/sell items from player shops. There are no server shops on this server to distort the economy or exploit.

Towny – Self explanatory, build a town with your friends and progress into a nation and try to become the best towny on the server!

GriefPrevention – Easily protect your builds with this plugin, we want to see your grand creations, not ruins from griefers. Do note that for large projects, you will want to use towny as there is a cap on the amount of land you can claim with Grief prevention.

Pyrofishing – This plugin enhances the vanilla fishing experience and lets you do special things like fly for periods of time if you catch and eat a legendary Aerofish.

Events You said something about events… right
Yes I sure did! We have many events that bring our community together! You can get cool spawners and items from winning events like HotFoot, Mike Myers, and even special One Peace Sports! Soccer and EVEN GOLF!

Special versions of sports!!!
Yes! Our Knockback Ball game especially designed for our server resembles soccer and Rocket League, but for Minecraft! We also have an 18 hole golf course and special clubs to buy for One Peace Golf! You can enjoy these sports and many more only on One Peace!

What can I do when there is no event
Well, we have pvp arenas to play on with others, some are keep inventory and some are lose inventory, depending on which ones you like. You can also collect player heads from pvp and make a cool collection! There are also collectible event heads, which are special heads that you can use for decoration! 37 unique heads come out EVERY MONTH, so don’t wait!

Voting is also a very good way to earn rewards! You can vote for one peace on the website and you’ll receive voting keys which then can be used in game at spawn at the voting crate to earn prizes!

Cool, but is griefing allowed on this server, I’m afraid of griefers!
Absolutely not! We have plugins to combat your fear! Our Lands plugin is properly configured to protect your base from griefers, you can do /kit lands to get more info or always can ask staff for help! We also have LWC to make sure no one can take your diamonds from your chests!

But what if a griefer still manages to grief something with protection on
Not to fear! Coreprotect allows staff members to roll back any grief that is done anywhere! Just ask a staff member to help when you get griefed.

What other things do you have to offer
We definitely have many other things to offer! The McMMO plugin gives you many nice perks to work for like doubling ores and negating fall damage! The jobs plugin aides you in making money from regular tasks! To make even more money, you can set up a shop with ChestShop plugin! GlowCraft is brought to you by GlowCraft. We’re a group that creates different type of servers. For a start, we’ve created a Op Prison Server to welcome all of those players who are interested to advance through the ranks. We’ve multiple ranks for all of our players to rank to and different benefits that come with it.

At the moment, we do not have any players, however we’re hoping to get players to join and stay in our server. With the help of the community, we’ll be able to bring all of our players a better gaming experience.

A prison server is where players are given a starting rank. With the default rank, they are limited to some warps where they can mine to earn money. With their earnings, they would pay the price of ranking up. In GlowCraft, we would also have multiple events like Mine Parties. This is to encourage players to join and also strengthen the bond between the community. The economy in GlowCraft is controlled and managed. Thus, the chances of inflation is highly impossible
