PVP is togglable, you can turn on or off pvp, and even when it is on you are not allowed to kill anyone without their permission to fight

Difficulty is set to hard, which gives player the opportunity to take advantage of mobs, villagers and their farms!

Ability to chat between discord and miencraft server! so you can talk to your friends in game while you are away, from discord!

Before you join the server and come at me, I am the owner of skyguilds currently looking for builds that can build me a good spawn.
You will be provided with more information. once you join the server make sure to join the discord. However you may not apply for staff for at-least 1 week. Remember back in 2012 when faction servers were simple and the greatest faction on the server had 1 set of protection 2 diamond armor and a sharpness 3 diamond sword, but they pvp’d with iron so that they wouldn’t lose it? When faction homes were raidable because obsidian didn’t cost $1 for a stack? When you and your 2 best friends logged on and you could have a good pvp battle in full iron with another faction and everything wasn’t so overpowered?

I remember that.

Tired of joining half-baked vanilla or semi-vanilla servers that had no thought or planning put into them? Feel like no one else can keep up with your play-style? Tired of putting hours into a server only for it to die after a few months? Fear no more! G.O.A.T.S is the server for the dedicated Minecraft player, the players who like to grind, optimize, automate, and maximize their play-time.

G.O.A.T.S Is a community run/driven server, meaning there is no “owner”, the players have input on everything that happens, and staff are their for administrative and technical purposes, not to decide how its run. Although the server is hosted in Sweden, our community is made up of boys and girls of all ages from all around the world. We average about 20-30 players daily and because of the different time-zones there is always people on to play with!

Frequent building competitions and community voting for public designs, this will ensure the community is the voice for the aesthetic of the server, not some silly pre-determined theme that boxes your creativity in. On top of this 2 players are selected as an NA/EU mayor each month, these players have a heavy influence on the layout of spawn during their time.

Dedicated Machine – Why play on some rinky dinky apex server that hosts 2000 other servers off the same machine? (shots fired) G.O.A.T.S runs a dedicated machine located in Sweden, which drastically improves the play-ability of multiplayer, no optimization tweaks to screw with render distance/mob caps/etc. We are also constantly upgrading the machine as needed.

On top of being the voice for the look of the server it is key to G.O.A.T.S that the players have a voice in everything, from the layout of the spawn and nether hub, to what mods and clients we allow, what plugins/datapacks we use, even what world seed we used, the community should have just as much of a say in the inner-working of the server as the staff, how can you call yourself a “hermitcraft” style community, or “hermitcraft like server” if the players don’t have just as much a voice as any of the players of hermitcraft do in their server.

Renting a piece of land in the shop district costs a weekly “tax” of 5 diamonds, this isn’t much considering endgame loot, but it will ensure that if a player neglects their shop, the land doesn’t sit vacant, this will create an incentive for shop owners to have sufficient stock, and to play consistently. Furthermore friendly competition is encouraged, it shouldn’t be fair for any one player to monopolize the market and a little competition will help keep the economy balanced.

The shopping district “taxes” will are used to pay players who help with community projects like farms/nether hub/spawn buildings/etc, whether that be in the form of building, resource gathering, Terra-forming, etc this will ensure big projects have big teams of people to get big projects done fast!

Description: Dissident Powers is a server built with custom plugins to enhance survival Minecraft without detracting too far from Vanilla gameplay. Our server is a small community of members that like to have fun. The server is split into two main worlds, one which is primarily for building (Overworld), and another which is for mining, fighting, and questing (Adventure World). The Adventure World allows you to push your skills to the limit by choosing a difficulty level while at the same time giving you bonuses. We’ve expanded the long-term goals of Minecraft by adding in a lot of new features (see below) that improve upon standard survival. Over 1,000 hours has been spent in coding features.
Rules: No griefing, cheating, flaming, or being overly-annoying are allowed. Swearing is fine. “My little brother did it!” excuses will get you forever banished. Creative mode is not allowed (admins only use it for fixing grief or moderating). Certain types of exploitable farms have been disabled or nerfed (exp, iron golems).

Hello! Vicious Circle is a relatively new server dedicated to simply having fun. The server’s main role is to get people together with the help of the Faction plugin and a player-based economy to provide a competitive market going. Freebuilders is a gaming community in which mature players enjoy pure vanilla Minecraft. This means that we’re a Survival Multiplayer (SMP) server with the slightest of tweaks to improve gameplay. The game play is survival with a few smart commands here and there (like /lottery). Our goal is to make a beautiful end to end server experience–from the server’s subreddit and the new user feel, to things like the uptime and server performance. Community is also a crucial component of Freebuilders, and we strive to keep the community clean of immature players. To that end, we use a whitelist to screen players. Strictly speaking, we’re a 16+ server (unless younger players can show maturity). If an issue does occur, we can use a plugin called Prism to roll back the damage. Finally, we run weekly challenges and a monthly podcast (http://podcast.freebuilders.org) to keep the community engaged and to award bonus permissions. We’re constantly improving our server experience, inside and out.
