What is extreme survival? Its standard hard survival with the following limitations:

– Removed Enchantments: Protection, Sharpness, Fortune, Mending
– Doubled the length of the Day AND Night
– Crops take longer to grow
– You cant craft Redstone items. You must buy anything Redstone related from an in-game shop
– Lose 10 of money on death
– Blocked Elytra flight

Minecraft servers are bloated and ruin the fundamental gameplay mechanics of the core game. Our main server, abbreviated as OSMC, stands for Oldschool Minecraft. OSMC gives you a nostalgic experience for you to reminiscence the past. The only server mechanics added for quality of life purposes are chest, furnaces, and door protections. We want you to enjoy the game without drastically game-changing features. Every player will always be equal, and every player must survive the harsh elements of the world. The usual internet rules apply, with no abuse or harassment permitted – we’re not an anarchy server (though be on the lookout for one soon on Bedrock.)

It started initially in February 2014 as a sister community to r/teenagers, with the modern history of the community developing since February 2018. The community has established itself independent from r/teenagers in August 2019. The server population has grown quite fast with over 12,000 unique players from January 2019 to August 2019.

Recreating, revitalizing, and enhancing Canada’s island province: Prince Edward Island (PEI).

PEI, one of the three maritime provinces of Canada, is a place of outstanding natural beauty and rural character. Its population is 155,000 with an area of 5,660 square kilometers. Just for a second, imagine there was a great city of nearly 2 million people situated on this island while the rest of the province maintained its rural charm and natural beauty.

This city, a revamped version of the existing capital of Charlottetown, has it all.

A unique historic charm exists alongside world-leading modern architecture. Ports, factories, and airports are all state of the art. Three world-class universities, along with Canada’s premier local school system, fuel the island’s flourishing research and innovation sector. Tourists flock to the island to spend time walking the beaches, hiking the forests, exploring charming villages, and enjoying the cafes of the city.

This island is booming. Immigrants, professionals, opportunists, and tourists come to the city in droves from all over the globe.

Project PEI seeks to blend things that seem to be opposites: modern and historic, urban and rural, sustainable and prosperous. In many ways, this project is an experiment in the future of urban development.

Can a perfect place exist? Perhaps in Minecraft. This can be it.

What is Nostalgic Builders?

The aim of our server was to ask, how could Minecraft have turned out differently? We looked back to the nostalgic and well-loved version of Beta 1.7.3 from 2011.

Using authentically ported and updated Minecraft 1.7.3 terrain generation, with modern blocks and items, we’ve updated the game to bring you the retro Minecraft experience whilst retaining the quality of life improvements and great additions of Modern Minecraft.

You can now experience Beta 1.7.3 with horses, flower forests, deep oceans, better boats, fireworks, stonebricks, and more!

As the server is built with modern Minecraft in mind, we can keep up to date with new additions, whilst still creating an authentic experience. We use plugins to tweak and fix the game to bring it to life in retro style.

Are you looking for a fun brand spanking new survival server without the pay to win BS, well it looks like you came to the right place.

Hatchet Craft is a Survival server thats solely based upon raiding, this means that there is no land claim whatsoever, meaning if you find someone’s base you can loot it, destroy it or just leave it alone. And with the bounty system in place you can easily become the hunter or the prey on Hatchet Craft.

Unlike most survival server shops, our shop is fully decked out and has all the essentials that you would need to thrive, we have a dedicated raiding section for those who want to stir up destruction and a silkspawners area which you can use to become the richest player on Hatchet Craft, And dont forget to take advantage of the auction house to sell your items to other players. And if you buy and sell stragicticly, theres a good chance your name will end up on the top 10 richest players board.

We have a wild assortment of plugins here at High-Level SMP starting with McMMO, Quests, MobArena, and Jobs as the core of our plugins. We have also built a shop and mob drop shop for players to use. Keep in mind that players are able to make their own shops as well as warps. We have 3 different tiers of vote keys & crates. Currently, there are no donator perks or privileges. As such, there is no pay-to-win aspect on our server. Grief prevention is enabled on the server as we grow our player base. Eventually, we will switch to towny. Our server gives the player a heavy dose of reality in gameplay. Weight of someone’s gear may prevent them from running or swimming normally. Freezing temperature could inhibit motion or even lead to death. Drinking water to replenish one’s thirst should be done so from a bottle or else the thirst just gets worse. On the server there are: Seasons (winter, spring, summer, fall), Temperature, Thirst, Block physics, Longer block breaking (try to dig up cubic meter of dirt IRL!), Hundreds of new items and advancements, Cars and planes! You don’t have to install any mods or even resourcepacks to play!

We have custom-coded political mechanics (not Towny), that follow rules of realism too: No ungriefable claims. No command teleportation. No built-in economy (we prefer people to choose their own currency, rather than using some virtual $)
