McMMo: This plugin adds a RPG element to the game. You gain levels as you play, and receive bonuses as you level up such as double-drops, rare drops, and better abilities! This plugin also allows you to repair your tools and armour just by placing an iron block! You never have to make multiple tools again!
Towns: The game is more fun when you build with friends! We only offer land protection to towns, so you can either recruit residents to help you build one, or join an existing town instead!
iConomy: This plugin adds currency to the game, which allows you to buy and sell items with other players, or you can make your very own shop! Need some more cash? We have lots of other ways for you to make money on our server such as voting for OutBreak on Minestatus, and signing up on our forums!
Dynmap: Never get lost again! We have a virtual map of our world and it’s players.

The Rules
MCToday has similar rules to pretty much every other server, we expect you to respect our rules in order to play the server.
1) Do not use inappropriate language anywhere on the server or website.
2) Do not be racist, sexual or offensive to other players.
3) Do not grief outside of factions.
4) Respect other players to be respected.
5) Do not spam anywhere on the server or website, spamming includes CAPS.
6) Do not use any hacks or cheats. (Nodus is an example)
7) Do not bug other players for stuff or items.
8) Do not ask for ranks, items, cash, EXP or creative mode. We do not give stuff out for free.
9) You are allowed to steal from chests if the user didn’t bother to lock it.
10) You should only free build outside of the spawn city gates.

I’ve played for years prior with friends, and just started to come back recently to the blocks of Minecraft. When I used to play, it was simple, that’s kind of what I imagining with this server. Simple semi-vanilla. No factions, skyblocks or anything else crazy. Simple Minecraft basic spawn. You can start building anywhere near spawn if you’d like, and no verification process, or hassle to leave spawn.
We do support Grief Prevention (an Anti-Grief plugin), and also a shop/economy system, warps, home… however none of these is required to use if you please.
So log in, and get to playing!
