VYBN Minecraft was started for one purpose: to provide a good Minecraft experience, as close to vanilla survival as possible. No
mods, just some data packs, so you don’t have to deal with server crashes or buggy features. Everyone is encouraged to vibe in the way that suits them best, whether that be by building, adventuring, or just tinkering as you please.
Datapacks were added based on some core principles. Make multiplayer work for everyone, avoid the most frustrating aspects of the game, and support and empower builders.

The player rules are simple:
No hacked clients, cheaty mods, or anything that gives a player more advantage than others. (Optifine, shaders, MiniHUD, and litematica are allowed.)
No X-Ray texture packs.
No doxing, threatening, or generally toxic behavior. Treat each other kindly, respectfully, and fairly.
No lag-machines or deliberate overuse of server capacity.
One account only. No ban evasion or assistance with ban evasion.
In addition to player rules, a list of rules exists for mods and the owner as a contract with the players:
All persons will be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
The substance of the game will not change without a majority of players’ consent. This means mods, datapacks, and anything that makes a substantive change to the world will not be added, removed, or altered without some kind of notice and feedback process.
