When you join our server you can jump right into action with building. When you spawn you’re already part of the city Plymouth! Join a job and start making money to buy yourself a plot in a town, or start your own town! You can also spend your money in the Player Mall at spawn to buy other player’s items or purchase a Mall Plot and sell your own items! If you buy a plot, everything is protected in that plot. No one else can build or destroy! However, be careful in the wilderness, PVP is on everywhere except in the towns and there is no block protection there either! Build and play at your own risk!

This server is a logical sequence of our earlier servers. You can find very old and new buildings, temples, castles, hotels, the best houses, parks, the Reichstag, the Great Christmas tree and the unique structures of the advanced players. If you want to build, you need to move away from the spawn round 600 cubes or leave the spawn using command blocks. There are administrators, moderators, builders, sheriffs and elves. We are too! SGTekkit ran by a professional and experienced group of Minecraft server owners. We run the server on dedicated and powerful hardware located in a private datacenter in New York City. Interested in the exact server specifications? We run two Intel Xeon E5620 @ 3.9Ghz Quad Core CPU’s, 48 GB of DDR3 RAM, 6 SSD’s in RAID 50 configuration for integrity and speed and all of this is running on Ubuntu Server 11.10. Yeah, it’s ridiculously fast.

Although SGTekkit is nearly brand new we already have several dedicated players and are looking to expand. We pride ourselves on our friendly and helpful community. Originally launched in September of 2022, The Trading Post was called Valley of Peace in conjunction with Kevin’s Twitch channel of “Master Shifu.” Following the 1 year server anniversary, the server took a new direction and got a makeover to coincide with Kevin’s new online persona of “The Wandering Trader,” to touch upon his love for travel. Beginning on the 24th of May 2024, the Minecraft server launched with the new adopted name of “The Trading Post.” While it remains predominantly a close community from the remains of Kevin’s streaming, it has been since opened to the public while still requiring some community engagement to ensure it is a best fit.

Hello everyone!

Memelands is an SMP with a close-knit and driven community looking for active long term players over the age of 15. We have been playing on the current map since 2019, so there are loads of unique builds and history to discover! And we will never reset the map, so everything you build on the server will stay there forever and you don't have to worry about a "new season" wiping your progress.

We have players from multiple time zones all over the world, ensuring that the server stays active around the clock. There are events on the server every so often, ranging from jeopardy nights to build contests and sporting activities such as the Memelands olympics. These events are usually held at a time where the most players are able to join in.

We are looking for creative individuals who will want to contribute to our server and be a part of a great community and, most importantly, have fun. The type of player who stops playing on worlds when "everything has been completed" is the complete opposite of what we are looking for.

The server is completely vanilla with the exception of a few essential datapacks (such as 1-player sleep) and protective plugins (we use CoreProtect to detect thieves and griefers). We use Simple Voice Chat to enable in-game voice chat between nearby players. Using Simple Voice Chat as a player is optional and requires installing the client-side mod.

Memelands is largely owned and run by the community. Financing is done through a yearly donation box and votes are held when important decisions about the server are to be made. We have a website where blog posts about the server can be submitted and we also have a Dynmap page where the map (Google Earth-esque) can be viewed live!

Our goal is to create a larger community full of fun and active players!

Basic rules: (more detailed list in our Discord server and website)

No stealing, griefing or hacking.
Be mature and friendly. Respect other's builds.
No bullying, racism, or harassing other players.

(If you see someone breaking a rule you should immediately report the player to an admin)

A whitelist and application system is in place to make sure that our new members are welcomed into a secure environment.

Rules

Alinea is a cooperative server, so most things that do not actively ruin the experience for other players are permitted. You can check an updated summary of the rules on our website. Various settlements on the server might agree to some additional rules amongst themselves.

Unstable enchantments

Alinea has a custom expansion to the vanilla enchantment system. Once you are rich and swimming in resources, you can try creating some unstable enchantments. Combining two max-level vanilla enchanted books, it will create an unstable book of the next level. These books cannot be added to tools or equipment, but must be polished by combining them with enchantment polish in an anvil. However, enchantment polish is extremely expensive.

Many enchantments are available up to level 20, but so far no one has managed to forge a book that powerful. Overpowered books, most notably looting, fortune and efficiency, do not have unstable variants, and are locked to the vanilla enchantment limit.

The overworld has a world border at 1000 blocks so there is not a lot of breathing room and eventually resources will become thin and you'll be going to war over a few sapling or the last few diamonds.

The server is great for those who want to check out 1.18 while still being at risk anywhere they build, building a community, or destroying everybody else's fun. Build an underground city. It might not be found because of how deep the world goes now.
Maybe regular world wipes like in rust.

Those that achieve the role as gym leader will be allowed to build their own gym (that fits the theme of their gym) while the Elite Four will have their own custom built building (those with these roles are still allowed to freely battle other gyms and Elite Four members, including the Champion).

We have an In-game currency system with vendors & a Pokemon TCG League and offer In-game rewards for those that participate in our community minigames (events).

Hey everyone !

I'm presenting to you my first Minecraft Server that i created a week ago.
The server is running Forge 1.19.2 with a hundred mods ! Some of those are :
– Create with add-ons
– Mechanism
– New Ars
– FTBChunks, FTBTeams, FTBLibrary
– Ad Astra
– Journeymap
And many, many more !

Whitelisting is easy as long you are respectful and able to read the documentations.
There should be no lag thanks to all the optimization mods that are included server-side and client-side but if you have any issues, the Discord have a support channel where i and some others players will be able to help you.

The server is bilingual English and French, but the community is made of people from all over the world. (Asia, South America, Africa, Europe, NA). Everyone is welcome here !

I'm also regularly updating the server's modpack. You can suggest new mods for the server in the #mods-suggestion channel of the Discord !
