Hello and welcome to TheoSMP!

This is a SMP Server with a couple of plugins to improve the experience. We have plugins such as PlayerShops, PlayerCarry, Solosleep and Griefprevention.

Griefprevention allows you to protect your creations from griefers, which is nice to have when playing on an offical minecraft server.
PlayerShops allows you to create your own GUIShop, just by typing /ps in chat. Then a gui will come up on your screen where you can create your own shop by clicking the chest, where it says “Create your own Shop”.

Our main goal with this server is to create a nice community for people to join. Because it is always nice to meet new friends and have fun.

Dinoz.io is a player-economy survival server operating on 1.14.4. We have multiple worlds to offer for most desired styles of game-play, such as GriefSurvival (PvP and Griefing allowed), AntiGriefSurvival (PvP allowed/no griefing), and FriendlySurvival (no PvP, no griefing). In addition to survival worlds, we currently run two styles of mini-games: Spleef and Snowball Fight (a paintball style shooter game). Playing these mini-games will earn in-game currency, which we call Rupees. The server also offers player-owned shops or an auctioneer role in order for players to exchange currency and items with ease! Check out this brand new server today. My wife and I started playing Minecraft over a decade ago and have grown a healthy community to play with over the years. We of course use Discord and if you're interested in playing with us, please use the link below to join and tell us a little about yourself before we whitelist you. We try our best to avoid kids and weed out any annoying players, so please don't join if you fall in these categories. Most of us are in our late 20s/early 30s. Our primary goal is to provide a truly vanilla experience, I'll include some other various information about our current world and playstyle below.

Age 25+, please.
No Ranks or Moderator positions. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have run this server independently and successfully. We also play the game by the same rules as all other players.
No area claim plugins.
We started a new map on June 9th, 2023 with the 1.20 update.
The world border is currently set at 30k blocks in every direction from spawn, but will be expanded in the future.
We're a smaller community with usually only ~8-12 players online at peak times
Render view distance is set at the maximum of 32 Chunks.
We play on Hard difficulty
We have a separate Legacy Server to view all our old maps, and a Creative server to play around or practice your build or redstone machine.
Our goal is to have as vanilla of an experience as possible, any exceptions to this are listed below.
Enderman and Creeper griefing are turned off (Villagers still work for trading and block editing).
We use DynMap.
We use DiscordSVR which bridges in-game chat with a Discord channel to allow everyone to chat with people in game when they can't be on.
AFK players won't be counted towards the total number of people needed to sleep in order to turn it to day.
We have a plugin that allows players to change their in-game chat text color.
The only other plugins we use are for grief protection (including rollback capabilities, chest locking, block edit logging) and chat functionality (changing text colors in game, and in-game chat from our discord server).

As stated above, join our discord if this is what you're looking for and tell us about yourself before we whitelist you.

When you join our discord you will see we have a couple hundred members in our sidebar, but don't let that turn you off if looking for a small community. A large number of our members have joined in years past and since become inactive, as is the case for any long-term minecraft server.

What is the server about? The Storytime SMP is focused mainly on role-playing, although it is not a requirement. On this server, you can make your own character lore, as well as a overarching storyline to keep everyone involved and having fun!

The server is also Java, AND Bedrock cross-play! So that means you can play with ANY of your friends! We also provide a ton of support incase your friends are not able to join!

We also will be hosting TONS of fun events to keep you entertained! Our Goal is to push out Once a Week PVE Events so that players could obtain Special Items, AND find out More about the Storytimes Secret Past Through fun boss Battles and Events!

The Latest season of the StorytimeSMP contains TONS of alterations to minecrafts default generation! From cool new structures, Biomes, and worlds, it has GOT to be the coolest thing ever!

We also have Great Staff for Each Regionto ensure that Nobody Cheats, Steals, or Griefs you! They are incredible at their job and Constantly Responds to reports!

On The Storytime SMP, We Tried to make it as Vanilla Feeling as PossibleSo We limited the amount of plugins that Actually Interfere with Gameplay! So you won't be constantly being hit with annoying server sided stuff that ruin the game. The most that will limit your Gameplay that we have, is Grief Prevention, to allow players to keep their items and homes safe.
