➜ We try to respond to the wishes and suggestions of our community as best as possible and implement them so that you have the server you want. To make this possible, we have set up an ideas & discussion channel on Discord specifically for your suggestions for improvement, which we all read through.
➜ We often host community events where we play games with our community, raffle things off and much more. This also includes live streams with direct interactivity.
➜ We attach great importance to design and user-friendliness in our systems. We try to make it simple and understandable for everyone in order to enable the game flow to be as fluid as possible.
➜ You can achieve the most on our server even without a purchased rank and you have no direct gaming advantage with premium ranks.
➜ We have given some features to our premium ranks, for example different chat colors or larger backpacks!
➜ Our developers work every day on improvements, bug fixes and other updates as well as requests from the community in order to constantly offer a smooth and pleasant gaming experience. You will be informed about all changes on Discord in the #changelog channel.
➜ Our server team attaches great importance to a good atmosphere on our server, which is why we do not tolerate white insults, provocation, etc.
➜ Every player receives support from us and has the right to report players or team members. Our Discord ticket system enables structured processing even when the workload is high.
➜ Through regular application phases, everyone has the opportunity to become part of our wonderful team.
➜ Through our various security systems against hackers, Xrayers and the like, we prevent most unfair players. Otherwise, we do our best to ensure a fair game for everyone.
