Q: What is vein miner and how do i use it?
A: Vein miner is a feature based off the forge mod, vein miner. It allows you to do things like break all connected ores, and stuff like that. It requires you to have the tool for the block, an example would be pickaxes for stone. And then you can shift to activate it.
If it does not work please make sure you voted for the server and that /vm toggle is on.

iCarey.net Survival Server started as a private server for my personal friends in 2011. Since then the people that have played on the server have moved on to other things and dont visit very often. I have turned to different server lists and Reddit. to find a new mature player base. I have been advertising the past few weeks and have great luck finding quality players. This is just a laid back server, come in and have fun.
Map was reset on June 6th 2015. There are a few of us that are active and we are always looking for more. We are running a few plugins. Nothing game changing though. CoreProtect, LWC, Essentials, NoCheatPlus, PermissionsEX, Statistics, and Dynmap. On first join we allow you to pick your place on our live map and teleport you there.

We are trying to stay true to the Minecraft Experience, but we added a few extra features to create a fun gameplay and enjoyable experience. We also update our server with the latest Minecraft version as quick as possible.
Rankup:
There are 15 free ranks for you to rankup. We also added 5 paid ranks (Non P2W) to help us pay the cost of the server. By supporting us you will have access to cosmetics features and small but useful perks!
Land Claiming:
We are using a land protection plugin so unwanted players cannot grief your builds. It also comes with a useful GUI where you can add members, give them a role and setup some flags and cosmetics options!
Companions:
There are almost 60 different pets you can have with custom abilities. Some of them are animated, some are undisclosed and some are unreleased yet!
Jobs and Skills:
We have 10 different Jobs you can sign in for. As part of our economy, working in a job with grant you experience and money as you are working.
We also have Skills that will help you on your daily basis with custom abilities once you reach a certain skill level!
Dungeons and Enchantments:
There are dungeons you can explore and drop custom items and resources from. Each dungeons have their own storyline, monsters and bosses that you will love to explore.
There is also a lot of new custom enchantments that you will find in our crate system. If you are bored of the old and known enchantments that Minecraft as to offer, this is perfect for you!
Toggleable PvP:
We all know the struggle about players that always want to pvp and unfairly kill you everytime. For this reason, we implemented a way to toggle your pvp state if this is something that is interesting to you!
We also made it so the Nether and The End are worlds where pvp is always enabled. This adds an exciting and scary feeling when going in these worlds. Be aware that spawn killing and tp killing isn’t allowed.
Friendly Community:
Our community will welcome you as one of their own! They will make sure to help you with your questions and maybe even help you start as we all know it can sometimes be hard to find shelter quickly. You won’t have to worry about toxic players or griefers as both of these are punishable offense and quickly taken care of!

Crates
Buy Keys to unlock Crates and get custom items, spawners and keys to unlock higher tier crates. We offer 4 crates; Gaia, Tempest, Aquanaut & Inferno.
Supply Drops
Every 3 hours, 10 Supply Drops will fall from the sky into Spawn. Players will have 10 minutes to explore the area to try and find the supplies. There are 3 tiers of Supply Drops and they all have different tiers of rewards. If you are near a Supply Drop you will be able to see or hear fireworks in spawn.
Hollow Super Store
Buy furniture and decorations at the Hollow Super Store. We offer a wide arrangement of chairs, tables, appliances and other decorations to bring your indoor and outdoor builds to life.
Warps
Choose from a selection of /warps for you to use to travel around the spawn faster and efficiently!
Resource World
Running low on materials for your recipes or builds? Why not gather what you need in the Recourse World? You can access the resource world by typing in chat /rw tp.
World Resets
We reset the Resource World every 14 days while the End and Nether reset every 28 days. There is a countdown timer in the tab menu to see when resets take place.
Fishing Areas
Visit one of two fishing areas for your chance to win reward pearls that can be exchanged for in-game money.
Pets
Pick from our large variety of pets to have roaming the server with you as you work your way to the top! You can purchase multiple pets on our server and choose one to have with you while you explore the wild. Pets can be mounted or used as a hat. Adopt today at the pet shop located in Spawn behind the cosmetics shop.
Art Gallery
At the Hollow Art Gallery, you can buy paintings uploaded by the server or view local players’ work. If you would like to buy a painting simply click on Bob Ross and he will help you find your pick. If you have map art you would like to display, drop it off in the drop box and a staff member will put it on display for others to see.

Here, players begin their journey in one of three nations, working within a town to scale the class tree and elevate their status in the realm. Players start as a peasant and have the ability to work their way up a unique class tree which limits their armor and weapons, but also grants powerful specialized skills. Warriors, Rogues, Healers, Mages, and Rangers- find your meta and conquer our growing number of custom mobs and bosses. Once players are strong enough, they can band together to raid other towns for spoils. Be careful making enemies though, as all towns are PVP and you are never safe from raiders.
This server is mainly survival based, most players will spend their time roleplaying in their town as they grow their team and develop their town. We have chest shops for players to establish shops in towns, as well as a global auction house which can be accessed via merchants at certain locations. For PVE and eco focused players, there is an alternate class tree available giving the player great utilities and advantages.
