The administration responds to requests as soon as possible, usually there is someone on a different mode and when they see a request (e.g. from / helpop), they come and check what is happening. On the discord, someone will always be happy to answer our questions. The administration has 72 hours to consider complaints on the forum, of which they usually handle them faster. Administration is generally cool, you can laugh, show off and ask about everything. Discord is too extensive in my opinion, it’s hard to find out. The forum so far is not covered, so I will not describe it. The only downside I found is that after the first login, you cannot chat for 30 minutes, which is quite annoying for new players … Profanity and advertising are starred by the console.
