The server is small but really dope!

Coordinates are disabled! We did that to add more purpose in vanilla items like maps and lodestones!

Big Map! Pre-loaded 30k by 30k blocks map for you to explore!

Sit! You can sit using /sit!

Semi-Vanilla! Just some interaction plugins!

Wings! You can submit your own wings or use pre-downloaded ones!

Whitelisted! That means that there is less trolls, griefers and other jerks that manage to ruin your gameplay!

Welcome to New Horizons!

We are a semi-vanilla Minecraft server that focuses very much on our community. New Horizons started at the beginning of June. We are a community-oriented server with a love for the vanilla aspect of Minecraft.

We focus on bringing the players together with community events, contests, and even movie nights! We are an open and accepting community that strive for our players to feel safe and free of any harassment, trolling, or toxicity. We use a whitelist and application system to ensure that those joining are coming into a safe and friendly environment.

New Year, New Season!

In the new year of 2022 New Horizons is embarking on a new journey starting completely fresh with a brand new world! If you want to be part of this exciting new start from the moment it launches, now is your chance. Season 2 of New Horizons opens in 1.18 on the 7th of January 2022!

New Concept:

The New Horizons Server has always and will always be an SMP Server. We use Plugins to help enhance the player experience, however, nothing game-breaking ultimately making us a Semi-Vanilla server.

For the second season of our server we are adapting a completely new concept onto the SMP server.

The Overworld – There is a border surrounding the spawn point that has been set out on the server. We are currently building a main road together, that will lead west, towards the expansion. What’s the expansion? Well, the expansion is the direction in which the border will gradually expand west. The border will reveal more land to explore constantly!

The Nether – Will not be the main way of travel. There will be a few community portals, but the main way to get around will be the Overworld. Of course we do allow and encourage players to build in the Nether as well!

–Classes: Pick your professions and jobs to be a contributing member of the kingdom.
–Races: Plenty of races to choose from and build your character story off of.

–Protected land: Keeping your land protected from those who might wanna greif and we are not playing that.
–players shop/ Economy: Get your business savvy on. The jobs play a fun role in economic competition as well keeping the RP of it all going.

Survival server focused on putting a challenge when playing, that not everything is easy to obtain and the desire to play stays, that everything does not end when you have reached full netherita.

Server features:
/rankup system with which you rise in rank by meeting its objectives, earning commands and other benefits that make you want to reach the last rank, although it will not be easy.
Skills with McMMO, new balanced enchantments, missions, jobs, balanced economy, Spanish server, protection ores, automatic login system for premiums, backpacks.

Around the world there are new structures (dungeons), some have modified mobs, very good loot, and who knows what else it brings…
New achievements were implemented that are in English by default, with the resource pack that is mentioned in the chat from time to time, the vast majority will be in Spanish, because not all of them come from the same datapack.
Most of the achievements give rewards, in total there are more than 1000, if you are a fan of completing achievements you have for a while!
There is an area to trade tools and armor better than vanilla, for that it is required to advance to the Trader rank. They are balanced because it is totally optional.
Every certain night a special night is enabled where hordes spawn at random near the players, the mobs become stronger and have more life, their drops and experience are better however when you die on that night you lose all the xp, you don’t know can’t sleep either.
A single VIP rank with buffs that don’t give you too much of an advantage over others, as is often the case on servers where they give you full armor with protection 4.
