This is a small public Semi-Vanilla server. We have a very tight community and we have 10 plugins. We are tired of all the Factions, multi-games hub servers and want to take Minecraft back to its old roots. We like to think its Single-Player with friends.

Griefing is not allowed at all on our server and PvP, while enabled, is highly discouraged. All griefs will be rolled back.

With all these huge networks popping up, were a rising community that stays true to its roots: pure coorperative survival.

TownyIO is home to a unique combination of plugins that ensure each players experience can be as awesome as possible. We run Towny to allow players to create anything from small villages to massive cities with their friends and have everything be protected from griefing. We run Shopkeepers to allow you to use Rare Gems you earn from voting and playing to trade with villagers around the spawn town for nearly anything you could imagine. We use Essentials to provide core functionality commands. We also run GlobalMarket, a plugin which allows any player to put anything they want up for sale in the marketplace for other players to buy along with a ton of other plugins to ensure the highest quality gaming experience.

TownyIO has a very powerful and stable economy. Thats because its controlled by the players. The server does not set the price of ANY in-game item and instead relies on a powerful and open market to ensure a stable economy. Money enters circulation through voting allowances and server donations and exits the economy through market tax and town upkeep. Welcome to the Halsion Reach, a project intended to create a whole nation, economy and everything, in minecraft. To expand the ways we can develop the nation, it’s on modded minecraft, so to join you will unfortunately need to have a computer that can assign at least ~16 gig of ram for non-laggy play.

When you join the server, you have 2 options, with one having two within itself:

-> Venture out into the Wilds and Found your own city (Temporarily requires that you travel on foot; will be constructing a railway network to allow for travelling more rapidly)

-> Or join an existing city.

–> As of the posting of this project detail, the server does not yet have any established homes, but there are 2 in the infantile stages of construction.

The project used to be on 1.12, but we had a community vote and the majority chose to upgrade to 1.16.5, and we are now looking at slowly building out a pretty nice collection of mods 😀 The latest addition of note was Dynamic Trees, allowing for better looking and more easily felled trees.

To join you will need the modpack “Halsion Reach Nation Project 1.16.5”, as it contains all the mods in one easy-to-load place. As mentioned at the top, it is recommended to have at least 16 gig of ram to use for technic, the launcher required, as that guarantees reasonable FPS.
