Nightmare – [Beta]!

Nightmare is an extra-hard survival server aimed at older and mature players who are bored with normal survival or find it too easy. ExtraHardMode is the backbone of the gameplay for the server which changes several Minecraft mechanics. The night is eternal, mobs are harder and have special abilities, you must drink water or die of thirst, only a bed home is allowed, crops are nerfed, and many other changes to make Minecraft more challenging. We still incorporate some economy features such as Jobs Reborn and Auctionhouse plugins to sell items. We also feature SurvivalMechanics to make it an even more unique Minecraft experience by adding things like wall runs, crawling, sliding, etc.

Griefing and stealing are not allowed – it is purely Player-Versus-Environment. We utilize GriefPrevention for land claims.

This server is still a work in progress, but is ready to be beta tested. If you notice any bugs in-game please make a modreq by typing /modreq create in-game.

Welcome to SkyNet MC! We are a small community of Minecraft players. On our server we mainly focus on a survival world where you can team with friends, build your own base, raid other players, and survive!
We also feature other ways of playing such as Mini-Games, Sky-Block, Mob-Arena, Bed-Wars, Turf-Wars, Spleef, TNT Run, TNT Tag, PVP, Kit-PVP, Creative and so much more!

How To Play: You can increase your in game money by completing parkour, playing Mob-Arena, or selling items you find in Survival, then you can trade with other players or buy things from the Shop such as food or building materials. Another important thing to note, we have disguised “non christian mobs” as other mobs so as to not effect of the conscious of players. For example we have disguised zombies as mushroom cows, we call them “Shroomies.” We have also removed Witches from the game to keep it PG for us JW’s. We are strictly a JW only server. We only allow Jehovah’s Witnesses onto the server so we have a safe and friendly environment who share the same values. Everyone’s SMP is a Survival Multiplayer Server with a plugin called Fast Survival which makes tedious asks like mining for ores faster using an upgraded pickaxe (pickaxe + 1 redstone). It also adds multiple bow types and several structures. To balance out the OPness of these additions it makes vanilla mobs a little harder like charged creepers and more frequent spider jockys. For those of you that hadn’t spotted it, the Capyhub vanilla Minecraft server is now (technically) back online, with a dedicated role in the Discord server for future updates. No wacky gimicks this time. It’s running 1.21.11, although is compatible with Bedrock, Java, and most versions of the game. It’s a mostly vanilla server for anyone that enjoys the basic rhythm of Minecraft and wants a place to relax in their free time. As the capybara replacement resource packs are still OptiFine only, we’ve opted for a capybara totem of undying. There is also server-side support for several client-side mods that are typically reserved for singleplayer. ⁠ Server suggestions are always open, follow the rules, and feel free to check it out!:

You can join across most platforms and clients, and there is server-side support for mods such as DistantHorizons. There’s also forwards and backwards compatibility with as many versions as could be allowed, so you can join from whatever version you most prefer (within reason).

The server is almost entirely vanilla with only a few minor gameplay tweaks driven by plugins and datapacks. There are, however, basic claim and protection plugins along with anti-grief, so any damage done can be rolled back if you reach out to a moderator. Some blocks and items will be restricted for the first 30 minutes of gameplay for anti-griefing purposes.
