We begin our tests in the private server balancing a new mod highlighting “Questing” These balances will take us some time to complete (Balancing items can be tricky and our server owner personally optimizes bulky mods that wouldn’t perform the best normally on slower/older computers (will expand the map in new ways if necessary with increasing player count)

We have /spawn enabled to give players a hotspot for PvP / Social interaction
*Not all players want their competition so consider it a crutch! (Only use it if you know how to get out but don’t worry our fresh spawns will have a chance at the action too)*

DISABLED ITEMS/FEATURES:

Slime boots + sling (these combined allow players to travel too fast)

Rapier (Deals magic damage and 1 shots players for 0 crafting time)

EnderIO Armor/weapons that (allow players to teleport instantly)

Staff of traveling (Allows players to teleport instantly)

Journeymaps ability to track/view players (Use your eyes)

These are removed to bring balance and skill to the game when it comes to PvP

While we experience the first launch of this server, please expect some minor lag as people explore never-explored chunks. We also expect some minor kinks to be aired out in these early days so please, if you notice something off, just give us a heads up!

A Brand New 1.7.10 server that attempts to captivate the best of magic and fantasy mods in a lightweigt bundle.

We chose this version as it offers some ICONIC magic mods that simply cannot be replaced, like Witchery, Thaum 4, and Botania. We also included MineFantasy II, but gutted some of the more tedious parts of it so it’s pure casual, pure fun.

This pack puts emphasis on community and accessibility, so lightweight even a Macbook Air from 2015 could run it! Yet so packed full of content, it’d take months to fully complete.

We hope to see you there on this brand new journey.

The Thaumic Neverhoods

Good morning/evening thaumaturgists in hiding.

I am proud to announce, after a year in development, the creation of the Thaumcraft Neverhood Community and its associated modpack/server. Not a day has gone by in the panoply of subreddits and many modding communities without sorrow over the passing of Thaumcraft’s prime time. Gone are the days of public and permanent dedicated Thaumcraft servers, spent are those hidden communities, drowned are the decrepit servers and ruins are all that remain of such a golden age of minecraft modding.

Until now.

It has been *quite* some time since a dedicated public Thaumcraft server has lifted its flag, and it is with incredible pride that I announce its resurgency. Enter: The Thaumcraft Neverhoods.

You see, Thaumcraft’s creator, Azanor, spent years recreating over and over Thaumcraft’s wonderful system and engine, and while the particulars changed with each version, the essentials remained the same; Essentia, Marvels, Madness. Being the ultimate magic mod with no easy competition and with a depth to chew on for years alone, Thaumcraft nurtured an addon scene of quality content and magnificently crafted environments that inspired people for decades. But Minecraft changed, over and over, and with each version, Azanor had to work harder and harder, rebuilding from the ground up ad nauseum until finally it was too much, leaving his latest version Thaumcraft 6 unfinished and incomplete from his previous creations. It would then sit there, forever untouched as Azanor retreated to his own personal demiplane. Other teams have attempted to pick up the reigns with his permission, but developer hell, small crafting budgets, and other issues have kept those groups and completion of the translation in limbo for years (though I have nothing but respect for those brave communities and modders that try).

Therefore, being a general consensus of multiple communities of the fullness and total content/inclusion/addon-scene, this modpack aims to be the **perfect** Thaumcraft experience, within the 1.7.10 version ruleset of Thaumcraft 4. Accompanying Thaumcraft and a number of the highest quality works-together addons, are additional dimensions, each selected for excellence and thoroughness of development. For such a magnificent magical system deserves an equally magnificent set of places to explore and things to do, no?

What I have here is the beta for such a magnificent endeavor, painfully coded and blood spilt to ensure compatibility with everything. Well, most everything. Sorry Optifine, it was never going to last.

There are hundreds of technology items and machines to learn to use to enhance your game.

ALCHEMY:
Alchemy is the practice of Equivalence Exchange. It’s one of the greatest things to learn, and will be infinitely helpful to you. Every item has a energetic value, and can be transmuted from raw energy. Using alchemy, you can convert items into their raw energy, and then use the obtained energy to get any other item assuming you have collected enough energy (for example: Stone=1, Iron = 256). If you collect 256 stone, you can transmute one iron ingot from it!

MAGIC:
Use the forces of the universe to discover your true nature and the nature of the cosmos. Magic is End-Game for balance but VERY fun once you get going. There are multiple magic systems and arts in place. Auromancy is the manipulation of the energy contained in your local area, focusing it to do your bidding. Golemancy is the creation of golems using clay + magic energy, golems perform various tasks and protection for you. Artifice is the practice of creating charmed items using magical energy you have collected. Arcane infusion is the infusion of weapons, armor, and ammo with magic which will enhance the items to your desire.

ADVENTURE:
Discover the infinite dimensions on Sanctum Network or create your very own custom dimension to rule over. Of course, creating dimensions costs a lot of electricity to upkeep. However, there are still awesome dimensions free to explore. The Lost Cities is a dimension you will find which contains a world full of abandoned cities, and skyscrapers, full of loot and dangers. The Twilight Forest is a dimension full of magic, you can learn new traits of magic and find magical loot in this dimension, but beware one of the many bosses may total you easily!

Fairhaven is a new laid-back PvE enhanced survival server with an rpg-like theme.

When gathering resources, please refer to our resource world, dedicated to gathering resources.
No mobs can spawn in the resource world, so you won’t have to worry while mining.
(With the exception of spawners)
The resource world will reset every so often to refresh materials.
You can teleport to the Resource world using the command /resource

You rank up automatically by playing on the server.
You can check your progress any time with the command /ar check

The server supports versions between 1.16.5 and 1.19.4. The main version is set to 1.19.4 and has taken its features. This means Warden, Allay, -64 and +64 extra island height and more!

(Quick note, this is not a Roleplay server, though if you want to you can.)

(This server is in early development, so things will likely change, restarts may likely happen (Hopefully not though), there will be bugs, and things will be added as well.)

There are no teleports other than respawning after you die and portals in Oak Village, Geedin’s Realm, and The Outside Dimension. You’ll need to move around both money and resources with risk of losing it, though you can store money and resources in safe places.

Introduction, Oak Village (Safe)

Welcome! You have arrived in Oak Village, a small dimension made by Sofetios, Head of The Adventurers Guild. In this small safe haven, PvP, griefing, and stealing are not allowed. Regular people are allowed to rent/buy rooms, rent/buy shops/plots, and more. The Adventurers guild has a shop by the spawn point. Feel free to browse its wares. You’ll find guns, crops, mining materials, and more!

Outside Dimension (UnSafe)

This is all different on the outside dimension though. There there is no protection from griefing, PvP, or stealing. The outer dimension is basically a resource world. It will reset when needed, so don’t get too attached to bases out there.

You can get a section of the Outside Dimension safe and unstealable for you, though it is very costly and will also go away whenever this realm is reset. You will have to pay a rent to sustain it.

REMEMBER WHERE THE PORTAL IS, THERE IS NO TELEPORTING.

(also note animals such as horses cannot travel through the portal. You need to punch the horse with a oak planks block to select it for teleporting, then on the other side of the portal do /htp to get it to you.)

Geedin’s Realm (Safe)

Geedin’s realm is a realm made by a mysterious god known as Geedin. Here in this realm, you can earn essence (the currency) by competing in games. These could be anything from a footrace track, safe mob arena, Puzzle Dungeon, safe pvp arena, and more. Here is a list of some of the games

Short Lore and Physical Currency

The dimensions that make up these worlds are all composed of a base element, known simply as essence. It is also the physical currency of the realms you will travel to. The more Essence contributed to the Adventurers guild’s dimension, the more it will grow and develop. The currency takes 4 forms, a nether star dollar is worth 1, a player head dollar is worth 100, a dragon head dollar is worth 10000, and a dragon egg dollar is worth 1000000 (note the enderdragon has already been slain, no free 1 mil lol). You need the actual items with you to use it as currency.

Progressing Oak Village

You can find the Donation shop chest near the arrival area (where you spawned the first time joining). Donating will get you essence bonds. You can use these or Essence to be able to buy or rent places that come after a certain amount if donated by the players and the dimension expands. PEOPLE WITH ESSENCE BONDS GET FIRST PICK. Essence bonds are also worth 1.5x more than normal Essence when buying or renting property after the dimension is upgraded.

You can do many things, like-

– Buy a shop
– make a company
– Practice your parkour in a footrace
– Safe pvp games (Near future)
– Become a merchant
– be a guard for someone
-buy high end items and weapons
– be a horse breeder
– Rent land out in the outside dimension (makes it safe)
– fight custom mobs (Near future)
– buy a custom enchant
– own a building and rent out rooms!
– and more!

Quick Start Guide

The first thing you will want to do is get a room at the hotel in Oak Village (Where you start out). You start with two player head dollars (200 Essence) and rooms cost 100 Essence, so you will have 100 Essence left over after you get the room. The room is only rentable, and it costs 100 Essence per 7 days. I recommend storing your Dollars, as it can be lost in the outside dimension (resource world) as pvp is turned on and stealing is allowed there.

I also recommend going through the two tutorial halls. They are next to where you spawn in Oak Village.

The red portal near where you spawned in is the Outside dimension, or resource world. Here pvp and stealing is allowed in unregioned places, though getting a region in this world is expensive. THERE IS NO TELEPORTING OTHER THAN DYING AND PORTALS. So make sure to remember where the portal is (or use the compass system to always know where to go). Ideal ways of making money are farming, mining, games, tree chopping, etc. Geedin’s realm is through the light blue portal next to the red one.

Useful Commands

/modreq “Use when you need something from staff even when offline.”
/clan “for making groups.”
/trade “Safe trading with another player”
/money pay (amount) (username) “Pay a player a certain amount”

Useful Information

– You can see a horses stats by punching it with a oak log.
– The Outside Dimension is the red portal, the light blue one is Geedin’s realm.
– You can rent a room in the world you spawn in.
– If you buy a building or region, you can rent out parts of it, just ask the Owner or a Mod to set it up for you.
-Horses cannot travel through portal. You need to punch it with a oak planks block and then go to the other side of the portal and do /htp to get it to you.
– You can sell to the Admin Shop even if you have less then the quantity on the sign.
– The Outer Dimension spawn area is safe to help prevent camping.

Rules

This is a PG-13 Server. Nothing too inappropriate.

Use common sense. If it wouldn’t be a good thing to do, don’t do it. So no excessive swearing, no exploiting, no hacking, no unapproved mods, etc.

posted server here because i need some extra source of slav- i mean players
rules:
1. don’t say racial slurs. only i, owner of server, can say n-word without triggering discord bot lmao
2. don’t build any lag machines. server is already laggy due to the fact that hardware that it is being hosted on can’t even run payday the heist, you understand what the fuck will happen to it if someone will try to build a damn lag machine, right?
3. don’t raid bases. this is not rust/unturned, so raiding will result in ban. go back to rust/unturned, raiders!
4. don’t attack players without any reason. this is not call of duty, damn it.
5. owner is always right. i can easily ban you, clear your inventory, and even spawn a bunch of creepers behind you in just a bunch of simple word combinations! even though i do rarely even abuse admin rights, making me mad can easily force me to abuse admin rights.
