The Meta Space Gallery server is an experimental place to showcase artworks from emerging artists in a new found digital space not placed into a shady blockchain ‘metaverse’. The aims are to help people access art from everywhere and be able to converse with the emerging artists allowing the general public access into the art world without intimidation and allowing them, above all, to contribute the the Meta Space Gallery’s growing archive of super-contemporary art.

With a possibly newfound avant-garde idea; the Meta Space Gallery aims to disrupt the art world by creating its own archive of exhibited artists free of charge without any participation fees, etc. To recognise artists- not for their ability to sell their works but for their talents and to help foster these growth mindsets as well and give confidence to new artists.

In the server, the exhibitions change around bi-monthly with the main world being used as a survival plot world while there is an option to enter the ‘survival’ world. There are no rules for griefing in the survival world as it could also be considered a form of art in an anti-art sense.

JAXCRAFT MINECRAFT SERVERS

JaxCraft is a small community Minecraft Server focused mainly on Survival, Creative, and Minigames. We also preserve old worlds in a ‘Legacy state’ so none of your hard work disappears over the years. There are various other ways to play on JaxCraft but these are the main ones. JaxCraft 5.0 also supports Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

JaxCraft has a wide variety of plugins ranging from land claiming and security, to creative plots and support for other editions of Minecraft. The most notable plugins JaxCraft has are; The EssentialsX Suite, GriefPrevention, MCMMO, Geyser-MC, Spartan Anti-Cheat, and PlotSquared creative plots.

Gamemodes:

Survival:
We refer to our Survival world as an ‘Enhanced Survival Experience’. This is because our server is not pure vanilla and has several plugins for ease of use that do not affect gameplay at its core. This includes plugins like the EssentialsX Suite or GriefPrevention land claiming. The server also features the interactive map plugin, dynmap. This is primarily used for Survival however you can see the creative world and all Survival worlds prior to the current one.

Creative:
Our Creative world is a Creative Plots world. What this means is that the entire flatland world is divided up in infinite 64×64 squares or ‘plots’. Players can claim these plots and build in them and only users in which that player has trusted can modify or change things about the plots or builds within them.

Minigames:
The Minigames we have on our server are just a port of a Jaxiom Creations team map called Minigame Madness. Minigame Madness offers 12 different reusable command block based minigames that range from PVP last person standing games to team objective games. When playing these games the main server will forward you to a smaller subserver as to not interfere with the Survival and Creative gameplay.

Legacy:
Legacy Status is essentially when we retire a Survival world and lock it to adventure mode when a major Minecraft update comes out. We typically retire each Survival world once a year when Minecraft gets an update but on occasion we will create what we call a ‘buffer world’. A ‘buffer world’ is when Minecraft has not received a major update in a long time and an update is not immediately on the horizon but players are wanting a new world. This world will be created on the same version as the world prior to it just so players can continue to use the server. When the buffer world is created the Survival world before it will be set to legacy status. When a world enters legacy status it is permanently locked to adventure mode as to preserve all original builds. Special permissions are also added that allow the players to enter spectator mode when in these worlds to visit old locations easier. All legacy worlds continue to be available for viewing on the dynmap.

Plugins:

We are very proud of our server and we would like to keep the community non-toxic.

Operations Note:
JaxCraft has changed from a server ready for and encouraging a large player base, to a small community server. The server has been recreated from the ground up in a way that better reflects this operating model. We will continue to accept new members to our community but we will no longer be updating or advertising the existence of JaxCraft. All currently published media will remain live but will become further outdated with time. Thank you for your consideration.

Hi everyone,

When 1.20 is released i’ll be opening up my SMP server to the public! The server is currently active but whitelisted – we’re looking for new players so I decided to post it here!

The features on here are kept to a bare minimum to keep the server as vanilla as possible. I have however added the function to have homes along with being able to send teleport requests to other players. The server also has a diamond economy using diamonds as the currency to trade with other players, these diamonds can be kept in a bank so you always have access to your funds wherever you are on the server.

Keep inventory is NOT on.

★ We want our community involved in decisions. We have a forum dedicated to suggestions for features both in Discord and in Minecraft, and we will have anonymous polls before adding requested addons just to see how the community feels about them before we add them.

☆ We have an active, friendly staff. You can reach staff either in Discord or on the server so that no matter where you need us, we will be there to help you. We also have help tickets and a bug-tracking forum for any issues you come across.

★ We have a custom modpack available. This can currently be found on CurseForge, under the same name as the server, or can be found easily on our server along with some recommended resource packs! We want to keep the modpack smaller so more people can run it and edit it if wanted!

☆ We have increased shiny odds. We brought our shiny rates down to match the newer gens of the official Pokemon games to give a better chance at finding shinies for all types of players.

★ We believe, above all else, in never becoming pay to win. This has driven most of us from previous servers and makes it a core philosophy of the staff here. The only thing you can give money through is a donation link through Ko-fi, which is explained more thoroughly in our discord.

A small world gradually expanding for a community living close to each other!

Hi! You’re tired of multiplayer servers where everyone makes a base far from everyone else and the server becomes inactive after just a few weeks?

ExpandingCraft is your solution!

The concept: we started with a very small world border and gradually expand it.

For each expansion new members are recruited who can join in and build in the middle of everything that existed in previous expansions. We’re a tight knit group with community projects and shared resources!

Starting border: 65×65 (4×4 chunks)

1st expansion: 129×129 (+2 chunks all around)

2nd expansion: 289×289 (+5 chunks all around)

3rd expansion (week 3): 545×545 (+8 chunks all around)

4th expansion (week 5): 865×865 (+10 chunks all around)

5th expansion: 1185×1185 (+10 chunks all around)

6th expansion: 1505×1505 (+10 chunks all around)

7th expansion: 1825×1825 (+10 chunks all around)

8th expansion: 2145×2145 (+10 chunks all around)

9th expansion: 2465×2465 (+10 chunks all around) → this is where we are

This is inspired by youtuber Wadzee’s series “Minecraft, but the world slowly grows”.

Since we’re playing very close to each other for at least the beginning of our world: it is important that everyone is friendly and get along! As such to be invited to join you should:

Send me a private message introducing yourself: your age (18+), where you’re from, what you like to do in Minecraft and why you are interested in joining us!

If we see that you’re a friendly person who fits with everything we’ve listed before, we’ll send you an invite to join the community’s Discord server and you’ll get whitelisted on the Minecraft server after you’ve introduced yourself on Discord!
