Minecart Rapid Transit – A Community for Transportation and City-Building Enthusiasts

We are a tight-knit community of transit enthusiasts who love to build modern towns and cities, and the transportation networks that connect them together. On the server, you will find everything from rural towns to towering metropolises, grand train stations and expansive airports, and much more. Also on many weekends, you can find our members self-organizing and participating in special events on the server, including sports competitions and game shows.
Our Origins
The MRT was started in 2012 by our owner, Frumple, who originally intended the server to be a short-lived experiment to test his MRT Station v4.1 designposted on his YouTube channel. The design was a fully-automated minecart station built purely using redstone and vanilla in-game mechanics within Minecraft. With the unexpected popularity of the server and the growth of our community, Frumple designed a version 5.0 of the MRT Station, which is now used to build MRT lines on our current world, known as the New World. While these stations are fully functional and you can ride them to get around, nowadays they are not traveled on very often and they are mainly used as central landmarks for members to build their towns and cities. Our Server
The MRT is a vanilla, greylisted, freebuild creative mode server.

“Vanilla” means you only need the official Java Edition Minecraft client to connect to our server and you don’t need to install any client-side mods. Please make sure you are using a Minecraft client that matches the current version of our server. You can see the version in the top-left corner of our website.

“Greylisted” means that you can initially join the server as a Guest to explore the cities and ride the MRT lines, but you will not be able to build or modify blocks. To obtain building privileges, you can apply for membership on our How to Join page.

“Freebuild” means unlike some other creative servers, we do not use any sort of plot system and land is generally available on a first-come, first-server basis. However, please note that we do have several rules and restrictions as to what can be built and where, the most notable of which is that you are not allowed to build in another town or within 300 blocks of another town unless you have permission from that town’s mayor.

How To Join
Once you have been accepted as a member, you can ask a staff member in-game for access to our private Discord server, and create an account on our wiki and start making edits. You can also start constructing your own buildings, found your own town or even your own company, and work to achieve higher player ranks for additional perks and privileges.

Hy-Brasil is an adult (18+) Minecraft server with a mature, casual community. We have a lore and RPG based server with an emphasis on stories, economy and a bit of roleplaying. You may connect using your Minecraft Java Edition client or even with a Bedrock client thanks to GeyserMC.

Some of our plugins and features are:

Coordinates HUD: Gives you the coordinates, direction you’re facing and the time of day right above your hotbar. Type /coordinates toggle to turn it off and on.

Dead Chest: When you die, your items are placed in a chest at the location you died and the coordinates are sent to you in chat. If you can get back to the place and defeat whatever killed you there your items will be safely waiting for you to retreive them.

DiscordSRV: You can chat with people on our discord channel while in the game on the server.

Dungeons: Custom dungeons, lore, mobs and loot made by our staff for your gaming enjoyment.

EssentialsX: A comprehensive set of commands and tools to help make playing easier and more convenient. Things like coordinates, compass, warp to home, mail, etc.

Geyser: So Bedrock players can get in on the fun too. Geyser lets you connect with your Bedrock client.

Grief Prevention: You can make claims to land you wish to manage and control who you will grant trust to access it, build on it, open chests. Etc. The more you play, the larger your land claims can be or the more claims you may have.

Harbor: Only 1/3 of the people on line need to sleep to skip the night.

Heads Plus: Collect heads from the mobs you kill. Buy custom heads in the server shop to decorate your space. Warning, this interface doesn’t work well for mobile devices. It might be best to get a friend on a Java client to buy heads for you if you have difficulty.

Interactive Books: Our books have more robust features than vanilla books which is good because most of us who play here enjoy a good story to share with our fellow travelers.

mcMMO (Premium Version): Gain skills in a variety of fields while you play which will give you a bit of an advantage the more you use them.

MinePacks: Every player starts with a backpack to give you much more inventory space than vanilla Minecraft offers. Also, when you die, your backpack contents stay with you.

MobHunting: Earn money with every mob you kill. The more difficult the kill, the bigger the payoff.

Multiverse: We have multiple worlds you can explore and play in.

Mythic Mobs: Our own creations for you to meet and conquer or befriend while you explore our roleplaying world and immerse yourself in our lore.

Pretty Simple Shops: Got some extra items from your farms and adventures that you would like to sell to others? Throw down a chest and set up shop. You’re in business.

Tree Assist: Drop those trees by just chopping the bottom block. No more climbing up to the top to get rid of floating trees. It all comes down at once.

On this server we try to keep everything as ‘vanilla’ as possible. Though there are some slight modifications. Conditorem is a whitelisted Minecraft survival server with the intention of forming a friendly community built upon trust and honesty. The idea is that server’s world will never wipe, meaning if you leave due to life reasons, or if you just want to take a break, your stuff will still be there upon your return. The server is community-driven and encourages people to work together on larger builds such as a nether network or large-scale farms. We do however appreciate that not everyone likes to do that, so lone wolves are also acceptable.

We currently have a community of roughly 20 active players, all from various parts of the world, all at different game stages. We plan on continuously growing to keep the community alive and thriving, whilst also maintaining the core values of the server mission, to create a safe place for everyone.

Hillcrest is an SMP server with some extra features for those who are bored of typical vanilla. While the pure game is great, you have all seen it before. I have attempted to take some of my favorite plugins I have used over my Minecraft years to culminate a server experience that is fun, more complex and more rewarding than typical vanilla.
If you like pure vanilla and just the pure basics of Minecraft alone, this server probably isn’t for you. There is a huge amount of servers out there for vanilla.

Everything on Clover Fields has been and is made in vanilla survival and our plugins are available to see. The overworld border extends out to 8000 and 1000 in the Nether, anything modified past that can be reset; however, the entire server worlds are reset for major Minecraft updates. You must /apply to be greylisted before playing and building.

1 – Do not build anything or modify terrain within spawn, the 500×500 square around 0, unless given permission from staff!

2 – Do not modify any player-owned structures or land that do not belong to you unless the property owner has specified otherwise!

3 – Do not edit any player-owned containers that do not belong to you unless the property owner has specified otherwise!

4 – Do not exploit glitches like item duping or use hacks like xray, auto-build, and kill-aura to gain unfair advantages over others! See the official list of allowed modifications on our Discord before asking if one is allowed, a few authorized mods include Optifine, certain mini-maps, Schematic mods, and crafting tools like JEI.

5 – Do not bully or harass other players, examples of this include spamming the chat, trying to lag the server, and PvP without mutual agreement! Friendly shenanigans, on the other hand, are fine in some cases.

As of November 2020, Clover Fields is a new Minecraft community that offers a friendly and welcoming vanilla-survival multiplayer experience. Hello we are 2TMC a 21+ community server much like Hermitcraft. We are a SMP with emphasis on being friendly (with a little bit of chaos) with other players, and trying to be a welcoming community to everyone. TLDR: Modern Minecraft with old-school mechanics, extra challenges, better progression, and other throwbacks for veteran players (and it's all 100% free!)

Are you tired of Minecraft being a cakewalk? Do you miss when surviving used to be difficult?

Then you're in luck!

BEROSMA is a brand new server (Launched TODAY) with a brand new concept, that being "What if we tried to make Minecraft more difficult for a change?"along with an old-school Minecraft twist.

The server has a strong focus on improving and (slightly) expanding on Minecraft's gameplay, and has been made with experienced, veteran players in mind, players who have experienced the evolution of the game, and mostly prefer the experience presented in older versions.

The core gameplay loop has once again been put in focus, and it is no longer possible to skip the night, which requires you to strategize and manage your time and resources, much like in older versions.

Much of the content in the game has also undergone rebalancing, and overpowered aspects of the game, such as elytra and mending have been reworked, and underutilized features such as minecarts have been buffed, furthermore, the majority of hostile mobs in the game have also been buffed to counteract the powercreep added by newer features in the game.

Progressing through the game is now also more in-depth and challenging, with extra steps and challenges being required to progress, such as activating a Nether Reactor Core, and visiting an Ancient City.

There are a lot more features and tweaks to the server, such as Beta-inspired terrain generation, cooldown-free combat, and Waystones, but that, along with updates and information regarding our server can be found on our Discord.

Last but not least, I also want to state that this is all 100% free, there's no catch, we have no voting, no microtransactions, or whatever else a cash-grab Minecraft server may have, we don't even take donations!

MINI SEASONS

To bridge seasons, we host custom modded mini seasons! These last around a month – usually starting in December and June;

Our last mini-season used the Vault Hunters modpack, but can consist of custom modpacks on Fabric based on different themes; space, magic, etc.

Our server uses Discord for communication, for events/updates. Being on the Discord is required in order to be whitelisted on the server, but applying is simple and easy, with the process being completed all within the Discord Server.

Alternatively, the role of Discord Member is available – if you would just like to chat and/or take breaks from playing.

-Be Nice

-No Harrassment or Bigotry (zero tolerance)

-Don't Cheat, no one likes a stinky cheater

-No Griefing/Stealing

-If you're planning a build next to another player's build please get consent firstly

-Please claim build that are important to you, it's the easiest way to protect your work

-Item Dupes are not allowed, but entity dupes like TNT will be allowed, just don't lag the server to death

-Chat will not be monitored as we are 18+, but hate speech and harassment are strictly forbidden. Religion and Politics are discouraged

-No Advertising without permission, if you have a stream or channel you wish to promote ask me and we can work out how you may do so

-If you find you are having an issue with another player, don't escalate the situation or you may find yourself in trouble too; please message me or other staff in that situation

We are a fresh 18+, semi-vanilla Java Minecraft server which began on the 25th of March this year. Hello, Redditors! Check out Stinky SMP! This is a 1.20.1 and updating server, with an emphasis on fair moderation (appeals, and punishment only for true rulebreaks), extreme longevity (absolutely NO resets since May 2022) and inclusivity of all people and playstyles. Be you a nomad, builder, PVPer, trader, you'll find a place here. Any reason you can't? Make a suggestion, we'll look at it!

GREAT PERFORMANCE!

Our vanilla+ modpack with many optimisers ensures minimal client-side lag. Server-side, we have 16 gigs of ram + a Ryzen 9 7950x CPU, the best CPU for Minecraft SMPs in the market.

WANT BLOODSHED? WANT PEACE AND LOVE? HAVE BOTH!

The server operates on a Safezone-Borderlands system, where a continuously expanding 4k-radius area centred on spawn has claims, graves and disallows (unless with consent) griefing, killing and stealing. The Borderlands is much more resource-rich but allows griefing, killing and stealing and has no claims or graves.

THE ORIGINS MOD!

We have a very special mod, the Origins mod! Along with the 9 base origins, we have roughly 61 custom origins, all carefully reviewed so that we can make sure each one is balanced, unique and well designed! You can even suggest custom origins, but it'll have to be high quality. Of course, if you don't like this mod, or don't like your current origin, you can always pick Human or use your free three changes/craft an origin change.
Other than this mod, our modpack is very vanilla-like. We aim to mostly only include features that Mojang could feasibly add.

NoCoords Legacy is semi-vanilla, semi-anarchy Minecraft server with minor adjustments to vanilla in order to improve game balance.

Adjustments include:

Coordinates are disabled.
Elytra are disabled.
End crystals and bed explosions do no damage.
Phantom spawning is disabled.
Nether roof void damage is enabled.

Rules are minimal and there to ensure that the game remains fun and safe for all players.
