Notable Features of the server include:
Towny:
Towny allows for players to form towns and nations, as well as claim land for themselves to own. You can form towns and nations with friends that you bring with you on the journey, or you can join other existing nations and towns on the server. Any areas claimed by you are protected, and can only be accessed by other town members. In these areas, build diplomatic buildings, religious structures, or homes to house all of the players in your town! The choices are almost endless.
Custom World:
The world of SavasMC is beautiful and contains a wonderful landscape, and is completely custom and handmade! However, in many ways, it is very unforgiving. From large, harsh deserts to murky, dark swamps, the world may sometimes be against you. Many landmarks on the server are based on real-life locations, like the White Cliffs of Dover, and the beaches of Normandy. Keep your eyes peeled, and stay sharp when exploring this wonderful world. The landscape is a spectacle to behold.
Economy:
The server contains plugins to sell items to other players, and make money! do /shop to sell and buy items to make some cash! By having this, players are enticed to communicate with other members in the server and is a possible way to start conflict.

The server has a wiki for players to post stories and lore about their characters, towns, nations, and keep track of the history of the things they have done on the server. Remember, any information not put in the wiki could be lost to time, make sure to add your information to be a part of the history!

The Elvin Tree SMP is a lowkey survival server with little to no thieves or griefers. Some popular survival servers have claim land plugins, but we(as in the staff) decided to keep this more survival, and less like factions. The server has your typical plugins, so a /tpa, /back(we made it so that you cannot /back into the nether so that it is more challengin), /sethome and more! Anarchus is a very unique server that prioritizes player experience. We have many unique features including but not limited to: OP custom items, a protected spawn, no claims, and custom mobs as well. Our OP custom items include many sets of armor, swords, bows and even potions with multiple, abnormally strong effects. You can learn more about these custom items by joining the server and visiting our library travel point via /tr library. These items are very effective for combat of course, but are also very versatile for dealing with mobs, many of which are extra strong on our server.
We have very little rules which can be found in game by running the command /rules. Our custom mobs are buffed: wither skeletons, witches, the ender dragon, and withers are all much stronger and may summon other mobs. They all drop custom items and lots of money. Other vanilla mobs have difficulty and health that scales as you travel further from the spawn.
For your personal gain we are allowing a limited time offer to new players: If you vote, you get the first donor rank, completely free! Anarchus also has a custom referral system where if you bring enough players to our server you will be able to rank up after 10 referrals, meaning you can get the second donor rank, Free (it is much more substantial than the first).
Anarchus also has new custom events coming up including our 2020 Halloween event and in time our Christmas 2020 event. With these events you can gain special limited time gear which can only be gained during the event, and never again!
