Sell land in your own city, trade profitably with all kinds of goods or discover your own way to fill your thaler bag. But the first hurdle will be your own property, because you don't get that for free with us.
Medieval and rural buildings must be built in the DIRECT area of the spawn. In the wider area, i.e. in other cities, the architectural style can be freely chosen. Creativity should not be put at a stop. That's the point of Minecraft, after all.
