Enigma Servers Minecraft Server is a Factions PVP based experience, basically anything goes.
Griefing is allowed, stealing is definitely encouraged.

Please note, this is not exactly a child friendly server. Children are more than welcome to play, but please keep in mind that the community is ran by adults from various locations around the world, and in result, this server is not intended to be something where they have to watch what they say.

[size=5]Faction Rules[/size]
In order to keep gameplay entertaining, there are a few rules for factions raiding. These are merely for player experience but will be enforced either way.

[size=4][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Raiding is the act of playe[/font][/size]rs from your faction attacking another factions base for what ever reason you deem necessary. This is the only instance where the term “raiding” is valid. Attacking unclaimed land is just considered griefing, which is allowed either way.

Rules:[list=1]
[*]In order to raid a faction, you must first be enemies with them.
This is solely for player experience. Youre allowed to go full barbarian on the server and raid everyone you see, but dont expect to get a reputation where people want to play with you. Reasoning behind raids can forge great alliances and even greater wars.
[*]In order for a raid to be deemed valid, you must have at least 3 members of your faction participating.

2-1. Raiding alongside another faction is encouraged, but each faction MUST have 3 players each.
This encourages players to forge alliances and keep raids interesting in the long run.
[*]This is not exactly a rule, just a gameplay preference..
Joining a faction in order to spy is allowed, but dont be childish about it.
If youre going to become 007 of the faction world, at least be creative and persistent about it. Dont just join and yell “hurrr duurrr, faction coords.”. Earn players trust, become a member of said faction, then destroy the lives of those who once trusted you.

Factions is a complicated game with many different aspects, so it’s important to understand how to play it before you start. The basic explanation goes as such. You claim land, get money, build, declare war, fight enemies, and don’t die. These are the same on every factions server. While joining a faction is not required, it is recommended as it will be much easier with a team of experienced players helping you rather than going at it alone. Each player has 10 power, and the maximum power is 10 times the number of faction members. You lose power every time you die, and you gain power after a specified amount of time. You cannot have more land claimed than power, or your excess land will be claimable by another faction.There are three main relationships in Factions. They are Allies, Neutral, and Enemies. Faction members from allied factions cannot damage each other or claim land from one another. Being allied requires both factions to ally with each other. Neutral is the default status. Neutrals can claim your land but cannot attack you on your own land, take your items, or grief. Enemies are not mutual. We allow raids, PVP, and griefing. On Straight Up Survival you cannot protect/claim land or chests so your best protection from raids/grief is to build far out in our borderless world. So, you’re interested in Eurasia RESURGENCE? Well, This might be your only chance to get an excellent tour of District 01. District 01 is much like the old New York City, a city that never sleeps. Lawless slums, where it’s never quiet, ruled by crime and gangs. Drug dealers and ripper docs, try selling you their latest wares. But it’s a different world outside of the slums. On one side, Highrises and corporate boredom, on the other, a port taking in interstellar travelers. You might be mistaken to think even in your cramped apartment you would get peace; around you, you hear police completing raids and the screams of those in peril. Outside, the slums tower highrises outside of the slums filled with crooked corporate slaves and people who will sell their souls to keep from getting stuck in the slums. However, do not let all the negatives dampen your sense of adventure. Maybe one day, you too will make it out of the slum, or perhaps you might even become the one who rallies it together. When you play RESURGENCE, you don’t play with a set goal in mind. The game is what you and you alone make of it. There is no goal in mind like total conquest of the lands, no ending the infection, no endgame that makes the admins declare you the winner. You can play as anyone or anything on this server. You can be a scraper, bounty hunter, corp slave, thief, raider, soldier, police, etc. Get a wife or husband, have kids, run a successful business or enlist in the military, and fight enemies with many different firearms to destroy them! Be either a career criminal and put high-stakes to make it big or be the ambassador for Justice. Take it to the skies and fight each other for dominance of trading routes as a sky pirate or a merchant. And sometimes, someone wants someone gone. Be a bounty hunter or an assassin and fill in the grey zone between legality and illegality. This setting is a dystopia. But it all lies in your hands. Hello! Welcome to the Newest Hope SMP server!

Who we are.

Hello! My name is Tom, and my other friend is called Oliver, we both decided one day to create a small online minecraft community for everyone to enjoy, we missed the old aspects of what used to be the old minecraft multiplayer experience. Minecraft server’s would be around 10-30 players max, have some sort of roleplay element to them and have close knit trading communities amongst them, people would roleplay a specific job and get involved amongst one another for the benefit of all. There was more griefing but in some ways that is what made it fun, you were free to do what you wanted without servers asking for massive amounts of donations or infringing harsh restrictions on to you.

Now we aren’t suggesting you go around griefing, but a bit of tom foolery here and there is accepted within reason.

What we aim to do

We aim to have a fun survival multiplayer experience where the player is allowed to fully express their creative side with fewer limitations than most servers, the only thing we ask of you is to be respectful, we would like to get to know you and trust you over time naturally rather than impose draconian rules and restrictions on you, that is not what we are here to do, were here to have fun and enjoy the game.

Now there are a few rules in place and they are clearly lined out in the discord, they are mostly common sense rules and dont necessarily need to be listed, you’ll be able to read them in the discord rules chat.
