What is the Tales of Thule?

The Tales of Thule is a high fantasy Minecraft roleplaying server with custom crafting, quests and much, much more! On the Tales of Thule, players can expect to discover the ancient and mysterious continent of Thule, with it’s unique and varied races, expansive and detailed lore and specially designed mechanics putting player engagement at the forefront of the experience. From an Elven blacksmithing hailing from the distant mountains to a skilled combatant who once headed his own crew of Særfara, the choice is the players to make!

ABOUT US

We are a small group of friends who have played Minecraft together over the past few years. We are looking for a few more people to join our relatively new multiplayer server that started on Saturday, April 25. Some of the community aspects of our past servers include a spawn town, community builds (town hall, nether hub, etc.), shops, community farms, games, and more. So far we consistently have 2-4 players online and at peak hours from 9 pm-2 am est we have upwards to 10 players on at the same. We are only looking for a few more players that will be active and contribute to the server in a positive way.

Data packs: afk display, anti enderman, armour statues, double shulker shells, durability ping, more mob heads, multiplayer sleep, player head drops, silence mobs (nametag called silence)

Custom Crafting recipes: Quartz and dark prismarine

RULES

– No griefing and/or stealing

– No mods/cheating (mini maps and optifine are ok)

– PVP only if the other person agrees

A true to vanilla hardcore experience, with a few notable tweaks:

* Players start at random X, Z
* You get a single-use teleport (for brand new players to team up)
* Monthly mini-contests, usually based on a game statistic, with cash prizes (20-150$ US dollars)
* Currently allows respawn after 48hr+ cool down, but ALL player data is reset

The map was opened on August 5th, 2019
Most (uninhabited parts) of the nether was reset for 1.16

*NOTE: This is a hard (Game Mode) Server! You will die to mobs, Do not be reckless!

Welcome to RayDayGaming.com Minecraft server, This minecraft server uses a Custom World Generation in the first 7,000 Blocks, We have disabled the costume world generation after 7k blocks to allow Natural World spawning items to generate with the Release Versions. This server will increase 2K Blocks per update revision to ensure fair access to new material, The main world will not be reset unless it is an Absolute must.

Rules:

Building within the first 1,000 Blocks from spawn can result in buildings being reverted (only if the player is offline for 3 Months) (or is considered Grief)

Admins may World Guard a build that fits well into the environment. (this will only keep people from “building” and will still allow PVP / Rading)

No Advertising – Do it on the forums….

No Hacks

No Anti Player Glitch (Duplication , Spawn killing) – Can result in everything you have ever done on the server being reverted. (AKA don’t be a jerk)

Admins PVP fairly, If you feel you where “cheated” post your recording on the server forums or On Planet Minecraft for Review)

What commands can us defaults use?
– /sethome – Will set your home.
– /home – Teleports you to your home.
– /afk – Alerts players that you are AFK.
– /suicide – Self explanatory.
– /msg – Sends a message to a player that you type in.
– /ignore – Ignores a player.
– /r – Quick way of responding to a message.
– /lock – Use LWC to lock your chests!
– /tpa – Request a teleport command.

Survival gameplay is where you can die – often by falling damage, monster attacks, drowning and from other players. Your first priority on a survival server is to find shelter – when darkness comes, everything wants to kill you.

Factions: Minecraft Faction servers are like a clan server, create your faction or join one and fight or raid other factions. In our networks factions griefing is allowed. Sellsticks, GenBuckets and other helpful faction plugins have been or are being worked on in the network! If you need help with commands and getting to know how it works ask ingame or visit Factions Commands

SkyBlock: In Minecraft, SkyBlock is a survival map where players are challenged to live and build on a floating island. The object of the map is to survive without cheating, expand your island, grow your own food and thrive. There’s a tiny bit of side addons and custom scripts/plugins being worked on to make it a bit more fun!

Creative: Creative mode allows players to destroy all blocks instantly (including normally-indestructible blocks such as bedrock) and the ability to fly.

Side addons: Crates with custom items and other custom/non custom rewards. Custom donor perks. New warps. and a whole new tazzypass subscription (info ingame or on the site)
