We are a new anti-grief vanilla, actively updating Java Edition server with a large map to offer. As the game updates, we expand. There will never be resets. Your builds and progress will always remain safe. Donator ranks have minimal effect on gameplay. Player combat is disabled server-wide apart from player created arenas. Buy and sell items with the player driven economy. Join or start your own town, go on a lone adventure, or play however fits you best.
The Room provides ranks that minimally impacts the true survival experience that our server offers. Show your tenure by progressing from ranks ranging from Newbie to Lord! To learn more, visit /warp Ranks in-game.
All staff are handpicked. With every staff member being experienced, mature, and knowledgeable, do not hesitate to voice any questions or concerns you may have through our Discord help channel. Trusted and Moderator ranks are not obtainable through applications at the moment.

This is Terra SMP, a community survival server which has Terralith, an addon which overhauls world generation. You do not need any mods or resource packs in order to join, this can be played with vanilla!

This is NOT an anarchy server. There are some basic rules (which are enforced) which can be found below:
1. Follow Minecraft’s community guidelines.
2. Using non-vanilla clients aren’t strictly against the rules but if staff notice you’re using one to gain a competitive advantage or slow server performance expect to be punished. This includes X-Ray.
3. Griefing/stealing is tolerated depending on the context. However, mass griefing is not allowed. Mass griefing includes using large amounts of TNT, creating lavacasts, flooding areas, lag machines, etc. If you slow server performance and/or ruin a section of the world and staff are online, we will be able to determine where this is happening along with who’s doing it, and take proper action.
4. No begging for operator. Staff only use operator to maintain the server and kick/ban people.
5. Don’t be toxic. This includes griefing for no valid reason or killing the same person over and over. This is pretty broad so staff will deal with people who break this rule differently.
All bans are final and permanent unless appealed.
This server is still fairly new, there are many quality of life changes coming in the next few weeks. Leave suggestions in the Discord server and have fun! There will be staff applications in the Discord server soon!

Q: Why can I not see any other channels?
A: We do this to keep spam bots out. You need to go to #front-gate and click on the envelope icon to get the Trainer Role, which will allow you to see the rest of the channels.
Q: How is this a Pokemon MMO?
A: To be able to get to other campaigns, you will have to go in our campaign order which is Gen 2,1,3,4,5,6,7.
We also will be doing no wipes ever. The xp you gain from battles are slightly lower than other pixelmon servers, making it a bit more grindy, just like how you would in an MMO. This also makes the pokemon more valuable since it will be harder to get to level 100. Not everyone likes our method for this, but it keeps you engaged with the server, especially since we do not do any server wipes.
Q: Is this Pay to Win?
A: No… This community HATES Pay to Win. We have been offered $250 in the past for a max stat pokemon and we still refuse… We hate Pay 2 win alot…
Q: If there is no Pay 2 win, how does the server stay up?
A: This is more than a server to the people who are in here. This is a community, where they can relive the nostalgia of the Original Pokemon games without worrying about things being hidden behind a paywall. This is the idea that started this entire project, and here we are a full fledged community enjoying what we have built over the long time this project has been going. Those who enjoy the community donate to help our cause, but if we still do not get any donations I will pay out of pocket to keep this community up.
Q: Is the community toxic?
A: I would like to think not, as we deal with toxic players pretty quickly. If there are ever any concerns you can always go to #📜create-a-ticket📜 to submit a complaint.
Q: What makes this pixelmon different than the others?
A: Nobody else has the unique maps that we have, we build every single map in house, and we will be making 2 custom fan made maps with their own storyline. We also have around $645 dollars in premium pixelmon mods to enhance the experience. We also have a dedicated skin maker for pokemon, so we have giveaways, or ingame events for skins. Some questlines ingame also reward Pokemon Skins.
Q: Are there Player Ran Gyms aka PVP GYMS?
A: All Gyms in the game are NPC Ran aside from 1 Gym in Sanctuary (The spawn town), which can be contested over every 2 weeks. The winner of the Tournament gets a [Gym Leader] tag ingame. There can only be 1 gym leader in the game at a time, so if you lose your Gym Leader status you will also lose the Gym Leader title. This keeps tournaments pretty interactive, and alot of people show up just to spectate and watch the battles. The tournament typically lasts about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how many contesters there are

-Borderline anarchy: only rules are don’t cheat and don’t intentionally lag the server.
-Good server stability for 10-15 players.
-World border only goes out to 5k in all directions to necessitate fighting over resources
-Higher difficulty than vanilla hard mode so mobs actually are a threat.
-No self promotion, link spam in chat, overbearing staff, unnecessary rules, or gameplay benefits for donation.
-(top priority) Unique PvE system with player-made dungeons featuring bosses and special enemies that have to be fought over and can be repurposed as bases with special perks.
-Community of largely teens and adults.
-(coming very soon) Economy that requires physical movement of large amounts of emerald or gold to use as currency.
-(coming soon) New items obtained from dungeons or for lots of money at shops designed specifically to enhance and diversify factions and raiding other players such as weapons that destroy terrain, grant new movement options, or have special status effects on other players. Many of these will only be put into the world once meaning you should see many unique playstyles. And it will barely be even possible for the top players to run the same setup.
-Powerful loot caches and oddities scattered around the map to reward exploration.
-Tweaked factions plugin that makes the control of most of the map possible by one faction at the cost of being able to lose it just as fast.

We are a growing community looking to expand our Survival server. This server is more focused on Survival and players interacting with each other than a hardcore PvP server. Players will not lose their items when they die and PvP is not allowed unless both players agree.
The Third Realm is intent on staying as vanilla as possible, yet allowing players to form groups and communities. The spawn is minimal as it is felt that players should be the ones who define the world, not the staff. Factions allows players to fight for a cause, or merely for the sake of fighting.
