Minetown is a classic survival server that has been around since September of 2010. We have a fun and friendly community and we welcome every type of player! Economy – Our economy revolves around the player. The server currency can be obtained in a variety of ways, making it easy for all players to get involved in the economy. A widely used method to obtain currency would be to set up shop in any location or in our market area. Prices of items are not server regulated, giving the player an equal chance to succeed in the economy. In addition, many normally unobtainable items are available in the admin shop near the center of spawn.
Spawn – Minetown’s spawn area is simple and small, allowing new players to find their way out quickly and easily. We also feature a rail system that stretches to the furthest areas of the map, allowing players to build as close to spawn or as far away as desired.
History – Minetown has been around since September of 2010. We’re proud to be one of the oldest servers around! In the last 8 years, we’ve had the opportunity to build up some rich history, and a dedicated community of friendly players. In all of our history there have only been three survival maps – Classic, Agharta and Main. Our website has been running just as long as our server, and we are proud to have over 47,000 registered users on our Enjin forum!
Freedom – Having been around for a long time has allowed us to design a system of rules and a collection of plugins that allow us to improve everyone’s playing experience without impeding on anyone’s freedom. Cross play semi-vanilla server!
Hi I’ve just finished making a Minecraft cross play server for Java and Bedrock edition to play on I’ve gotten a couple of useful plugins that won’t effect the vanilla experience!
1.)Graves- so when you die your items will be placed on the ground using your player head and it will tell you the coordinates so you hopefully wont loose your items.
2.)One player sleep- Only one person needed to change the night to day!
I got a few more but none of them are game changing.
For bedrock players we wished to have this feature for a while now but Mojang won’t do it for us so now on the server you can offhand on bedrock! By simply just holding the block you want to offhand and click on any emote. Be aware you can’t unfortunately use it like place blocks and stuff and some blocks may be buggy.
So what are you waiting for join us now I’m starting the server when we get a decent amount of people!!!!

In 1.20.1, Stack of Grass Season 2, is a smallish server hosted in Australia with intent to have a close knit community with a focus on socialising and world building!
So, in short, what makes us different?
Player Base:
Whitelisted. Preferably 18+, we are looking for a chill ambiance on the server. This is the ideal server if you are looking for something calm with mature people.
The Gameplay:
Stack of Grass is trying to offer a "Vanilla+++" feeling to the world of Minecraft by adding Mods that enhance the building and adventuring world with several ways to progress through the game! The main feature mods on the server are “Ars Nouveau”, “The Graveyard”, “Chipped”, and “Mystical Agriculture”. There are a few QoL mods such as “Sophisticated Backpacks”, “Sophisticated Storage”, “Farmer’s Delight”, and “Waystones”. You can, therefore, expect A LOT more food, and A LOT of decorative items to make your area as attractive as possible!
The Commands:
Player have access to /home /sethome and other teleporting commands. Waystones are also available.
The In-Game Social:
We have integrated a proximity voice chat to the game for ease of communication, so a mic is a plus! Stack of Grass is trying to create a heavy emphasis toward community building in the sense of town building. Players are rewarded for establishing towns and creating "town building".
The Server Life:
Admins on Stack of Grass are adding scripted Dungeons. Rewards upon completion will be newly available after a few minutes. Gather your friends and take on the challenge we are creating to open various treasure chests and get that sweet, sweet loot!
