Hello, people of Middle Earth! We are a Survival/RPG server running the the Legacy version of the Lord of the Rings Modbut we are not 100% dedicated to role play. Our server aims to allow players to do whatever they want to do in Middle-Earth, as if it were their own singleplayer world, while still having the community of multiplayer. The only difference is simple guidelines allowing for player leadership of factions.
If you have never tried the LotR mod before, this is the perfect server to try it on. We don’t have complicated rules or systems that require you to stop and read every five minutes. Instead, you can explore and play the way you want to as you learn about how the mod works.
There are many factions to choose from, and even if you aren’t a LotR fan, you will soon become one. Most factions are quite small, so they will need help growing to become powerful. It’s up to you, the player, to choose to support the Forces of Good, or Evil and the Order of Shadows. Or perhaps you want to settle down, and live as a farmer. Or even just become a bandit and rob anyone you see, Evil and Good both.
Our server features several structures built by our players, the most impressive of which are visible in our gallery. If you want to build something, we grant access to temporary creative mode to do so.

Here at the Binecraft Bealm, We started out as a small group of friends and decided to open up our Hard Difficulty survival server to everyone!

At the moment, we have a few community builds, but are looking for people willing to help us in creating a new spawn area, more community areas and we have hopes of opening up a shopping district! Our No griefing/no stealing server has no plans of resetting the world. This means no losing any builds, whether they be big or small. We are accessible 24/7, so no sitting around waiting for the server to open up.
We are new player friendly, So you could be new to the game or experienced, and you would be welcomed with open arms to our world. We also have no limitations on the size or purpose of your builds. So build away with the only restriction being common sense. Eg. no hate symbols, anything too political, etc.
With accessible Nether Hub and Highway, you can travel around the world without having to worry about getting lost or running into unfriendly beings!
MOD & DATAPACK INFORMATION
While our server is mostly vanilla, we have added a few modifications for quality of life. All Vanilla mechanics and redstone should work as intended. Simple Voice Chat been enabled as well as the ability to use Easy Place mode on Litematica.
We also have custom armor statues & nether portals, multiplayer sleep, anti-enderman grief, more mob heads, and wandering traders who trade mini blocks.

CatCraft is a smaller, adult only, community focused Minecraft server.
We started Season 1 on April 4, 2019. With the launch of 1.18, we began Season 2 in December 2021 to make the most of the new biomes. Our intention is a long term world, with a slow world border expansion as new 1.X updates are released. Currently, we're running 1.20.4with a world border set at 15k in every direction. Our server is hosted in Ashburn, VAon the eastern seaboard of the USA.
While we're a small-ish community (usually between 30 and 80 total active members)the admin staff is passionate about keeping the server going and providing as many quality of life options as possible. On top of having a Survival server, we also have a Creative server with world edit, as well as an Event server on standby for (a hopeful!) monthly UHC, community planned events, or the occasional ModPack. Bluemap runs on both Creative and Survival, as well as a discord Chat Bot.
Server Rules
- Don't be a dick. I really think this kind of sums up all the rules, but I'll spell it out.
- Don't steal shit, dupe, or grief. See rule 1.
- We're a strict 21+ server. We are not child friendly. Swearing is fine, within reason. If that makes you uncomfortable, we are not the place for you.
- PVP is turned on. This is not an excuse to be an asshole and snipe people. Play fair, help the loser pick up their stuff, and return all the things. See rule 1.
- No hacking. No x-ray. No duping. No forcefield. Whatever might give you an unfair advantage.
- Pranking is fine, within reason. Don't destroy someone's shit, or cover it with TNT and call it a prank.
- In your application, please include your favorite breed of cat.
- Patch up creeper holes, fully chop down trees, and don't leave dirt towers around. We all have to live here, let's try to keep it pretty looking.
- Sign your stuff, keep the server easy to navigate.
- Don't kill withers in the over-world. Just don't. It never goes well. Under the end portal please.

My wife and I started playing Minecraft over a decade ago and have grown a healthy community to play with over the years. We try our best to avoid kids and weed out any annoying players, so please don't join if you fall in these categories. Most of us are in our late 20s/early 30s. Our primary goal is to provide a truly vanilla experience, I'll include some other various information about our current world and playstyle below.
- Age 25+, please.
- No Ranks or Moderator positions. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have run this server independently and successfully. We also play the game by the same rules as all other players.
- No area claim plugins.
- We started a new map on June 9th, 2023 with the 1.20 update.
- The world border is currently set at 10k blocks in every direction from spawn, but will be expanded in the future.
- We're a smaller community with usually only ~8-12 players online at peak times
- Render view distance is set at the maximum of 32 Chunks.
- We play on Hard difficulty
- We have a separate Legacy Server to view all our old maps, and a Creative server to play around or practice your build or redstone machine.
- Our goal is to have as vanilla of an experience as possible, any exceptions to this are listed below.
- Enderman and Creeper griefing are turned off (Villagers still work for trading and block editing).
- We use DynMap.
- We use DiscordSVR which bridges in-game chat with a Discord channel to allow everyone to chat with people in game when they can't be on.
- AFK players won't be counted towards the total number of people needed to sleep in order to turn it to day.
- We have a plugin that allows players to change their in-game chat text color.
- The only other plugins we use are for grief protection (including rollback capabilities, chest locking, block edit logging) and chat functionality (changing text colors in game, and in-game chat from our discord server).
As stated above, join our discord if this is what you're looking for and tell us about yourself before we whitelist you.
When you join our discord you will see we have a couple hundred members in our sidebar, but don't let that turn you off if looking for a small community. A large number of our members have joined in years past and since become inactive, as is the case for any long-term minecraft server.
