We have a great land claiming plugin that can let you control a lot of your claim! Like mob spawns, fire damage, creeper explosions etc.
There is a spawner shop at spawn! The cool thing about the spawners is you can right click to upgrade them. You can increase the amount of mobs that spawn from the spawner, you can decrease the delay off the spawning!

The /spawn is located in the District world. This world host player built districts and stores. To build in these districts you need to earn the community’s trust. Resource world
