Semi-anarchy means that there are minimal rules.
Minecraft Server Rules
1) No hacking, cheating or use of game breaking exploits/dupes or intentionally lagging the server (hack, util and ghost clients)
2) No farming/killing alt accounts for hearts
3) Don’t send IRL threats or ddos threats
4) Don’t spam the chat
5) Do not kill at or grief the community enderman farm. This includes the farm itself, the bridge, and the ladder up
