Background Information:

Hidden Sands was first launched around August of 2012. The server was created for with one specific goal in mind; to create an environment where Minecraft players of all ages are able to come and enjoy themselves! Since then our community has continued to grow and thrive! So before we move on I would like to thank each and every person who has contributed to helping the server grow, whether it is by logging into the server for the first time, voting/diamonding, or just being a committed player! Now let’s talk about some of the many features that Hidden Sands has to offer.

The Server:

Hidden Sands is a survival server that has many outstanding features that will surely appeal to a large portion of the Minecraft Community. Firstly our spawn was created by our hardworking Administrators. The spawn is currently complete however we are consistently adding secrets and treasures daily! Secondly we have many plugins on this server that provides players with a unique and fair environment unparalleled by other servers. Some of our most popular plugins are: Factions, McMMO, Economy, Essentials, Combat Tag, and anti-cheating plugins. If this list does not appeal to you, have no fear! We also offer creative plots where you can show your building skills off to the server without the worry of being griefed! Also, approximately every week (time permitting) we host server events! Through the events you are able to earn items such as: Server Store Credit, McMMO Levels, God Armor, and other in game items that will surely benefit you. Now if that isn’t enough, we also offer mini games such as: Spleef, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Skydiving/Skyrider, Mob Arena (Staff Permitting), and more!

– My quest system offers: dialog options, yes or no choice, multiple choices

BaseBuilding
– you can build your own base, for that you will need a Toolcup board so your base does not decay.
– Some aspect you can build: furnace, bake furnace, anvil, crafting table, code lock (for doors)
– cut blade, fence, all kind of block, and much more…

Custom loot chests, trash cans, boxes on the ground, etc
– you can find a custom block on the ground that contains random loot
– but some loot is locked and you need a crowbar to unlock it.

Custom sound system
– contains music background, weapon sounds, etc

SafeZones
– if you’re in the safe zone you cant use your weapon, if zombies follow you
– and you happen to be in the safe zone a guard will shoot the zombie
– that is bothering you.

Custom shops
– my shop system can buy/sell
– the shop can run out of stock, so you will have to
– wait one (in-game) day to shop get refiled.

The world has its own temperature
– what does that mean? The world can be hot or cold…
– by this, your character can sweat be slower or freeze to death.

FACTIONS: Factions was why I started my own server, I LOVE factions. Where do I start?

Firstly, we have mcmmo, raiding and greifing, and it is a rule that no crybabies are allowed. Factions is for the Alpha male in all of us who want to totally dominate the competition.
Public Grinders. Mcmmo grinder at /warp endgrinder and a PUBLIC XP grinder at /warp grinder.[/b]
/fly – You can not pvp while flying, but if you are flying in pvp someone can shoot you down and start a fight with you so be careful.
/Shop – Our shop has EVERY item in minecraft. Yes it took me forever to make, but it proves the level of commitment that I put into my servers to give you, the player, exactly what you want and need.
Player Shops – How many faction servers let you have your own player shop? /warp market and buy your own shop.
GUNS – We use guns on our server, and you do not even have to be a donator to use them, if you /vote in game every day you have access to ALL GUNS, not just some guns, all of them.
Silk Spawners – If you donate only $10 for iron rank you get silk touch spawners and can mine every spawner you come across, and steal other peoples spawners when you raid their bases.
/fix all – You do not have to be a donor to use /fix all, you can fix your armor at spawn with our /fix all sign for in game money.
Auctions – You can do public auctions on any item that you want to sell and the highest bidder.
PVP stats – We have stat signs with the tot pvp kills, deaths and ratings.
Drop Parties – We average 2-3 drop parties per month in factions and I am known to give out some pretty good stuff.
FREE RANKS. – I give $25 coupons to our top 10 voters EVERY MONTH so they can use the coupon on anything they like in our donator stores.
Obsidian/Bedrock destroyer – You can break bedrock bases, although it takes 50 explosions to break bedrock. You can destroy obsidian in 5 hits.

SKYWARZ :Here are some things that makes our SkyWars server the #1 server on the planet:

Shop – If you are voter rank or higher you have access to many items in the SkyWarz shop that will give you a fighting chance against the worlds toughest competators.
Ranking System – We currently track Kills, Deaths, Rating, Streak, MaxRating, and MaxStreak and we will be tracking even more stats in the future.
Over 100 Custom maps. We have more maps so you never get bored with assasinating the competition.
Free Ranks – As on all our servers, we give you free ranks for voting so /vote in game and get a head above the competition.
Jail – We have no need for punks with hacked clients at CraftPimp so we just send them away to other servers with the ban hammer or jail them.
LAG FREE – enough said.

Presently most smp servers fall into one of two extremes, complete anarchy or too well regulated both of which can dilute the fun and lead to boredom. We aim to provide an smp that’s a mix between anarchy an order. we offer a few essential commands (/home /spawn /tpa /rtp), a basic economy and Market based solely on player sales. But how do I join the server?

Open the game Minecraft, click “Play” button then choose “Multiplayer” option from the menu. Click “Add Server” tab and input the text Fieryskies.com on “Server Address” then hit “Done”. Once the connection is available and turns green you may click on “Join Server” button to play on fieryskies.
