Community Projects:
No matter who you are or what you enjoy doing, there’ll always be a project you can work on. Currently, we’re working on building our Nether Hub; remodeling the End island; building various community farms; creating a proper town at the server spawn with a museum, court, etc.

Active Discord:
Our Discord is active almost 24/7. Joining the voice call is, of course, not required but it is highly encouraged and adds a ton to the server experience. We’re a friendly bunch and always open to meeting new people.

Diverse Community:
We’ve got players from the United States, Europe, Central America, etc. Everyone is treated equally (for better or worse) and nobody will care what you identify as or who you are attracted to.

Free Speech:
You will not be punished for having an opinion or making a joke. Criticizing staff, criticizing the server, voicing your opinions, etc., is allowed and encouraged. We don’t take things personally, provided you’re not actively causing problems.

Vanilla Experience:
The server runs with minimal plugins. We use CoreProtect to mitigate griefing and theft, and a few plugins to manage lag (nothing that will break your farms) and facilitate server management. There are no teleports, no land claims, no economy plugins, nothing that will subtract from vanilla gameplay. We do have the Realistic Seasons plugin to add some variety, but this can be disabled easily by the player.

Democracy:
Almost all major decisions pertaining to the server are left to a vote. Map resets, staff appointments, rule changes, etc., are all left to a vote. Feedback is always welcome and sincere feedback is taken seriously.

Creative Server:
Prototype builds and have fun with full access to game-mode commands, WorldEdit commands, VoxelSniper commands, and more on our creative server! Build Battles and other competitions are hosted regularly on the creative server.

Competent Staff:
All staff members are over 18, experienced, and generally friendly. Moderators and administrators do not power trip and will promptly removed from the staff team if they do. If you have any problems, we will solve them quickly and completely.

No P2W:
There are no donation roles, buyable cosmetics, or anything like that. You will never be solicited for money and categorically do not accept donations of any kind. The point of the server is to have fun and make friends, not to be profitable.

Server Rules:
Griefing and theft are forbidden. CoreProtect is used to enforce this.
Hacks, x-ray, and glitches are forbidden. TNT, carpet, & rail duping are permitted.
Spam and excessive self-promotion are forbidden. This includes mic-spam.

ComfySMP is a lightly upgraded vanilla/anarchy server with just enough enhancements to greatly improve the experience. Building, pvp and /tpa are allowed everywhere in the server.

Comfysmp is set to publicly release on 4/6/22 using a unique new seed that generates a chillin landscape with access to many different biomes all within 3000 blocks of spawn. You will be able to join on java edition 1.9.x – 1.18.x, but I highly recommend using 1.18.x to avoid errors. The server is running with 16GB of RAM, 1TB nvme SSD storage and a goal of 24/7 uptime. As of its new release: Comfy is a lightly upgraded vanilla/anarchy server with just enough enhancements to greatly improve the experience. Helpful commands such as /tpa, /tpahere, /back, /kill, /ignore etc… are available as well as small additions, for example the ability to mine mob-spawners with a silk enchantment. When you log in, expect to be spawned in at a random location near the central spawnpoint, and from there its up to you! Building, pvp and /tpa are allowed everywhere in the server. No hang-ups like accepting rules, spawns, warps, tutorials, verifications etc… just log in and immediately start playing! My main inspirations were past enhanced vanilla servers I have ran, as well as classics like 2b2t. I also recommend using: [Faithful 1.18 texture pack: https://faithful.team/ ][OptiFine: https://optifine.net/home ] (both optional). Griefing/raiding is allowed. Because of this its advisable to team up, and try to build your bases farther away from spawn. What is not allowed: excessive spamming, promoting, intentional lagging/crashing, over-the-top hack clients which sabotage the server or give you too much of an advantage, any attempt to shut the server down. This is a non-profit project which will have no paid features, please consider voting as it’ll really help us to grow our playerbase. This is a brand new server, with a brand new world file, let’s fill it up. We are actively looking for help/suggestions/criticisms/team members/discord mods. This server is a really simple friendly survival server. It has plugins that enhance survival but ultimately it’s just a simple as it goes. Altepec is the official capital of Adagium, result of mutual cooperation between Gematia, Axis and Stravia. That is why it houses all the embassies, international organizations, and the nation government and its dependencies.

It’s a planned city built on a large meadow and next to the bay, it has an area of 49km². Its plan and urban design are inspired by places, like Brasilia, Songdo and Tenochtitlan.

Its buildings are based by international style and metaphoric architecture, and a lot of original ideas, which are a synthetic representation of each buildings function. Some interesting buildings are the national tower, stadium, cathedral, mayor’s palace, science and technology institute, art museum, and hospital.

The Altepec Subway (it’s really a “superway”, no underground), called Intervia, covers the transport service for population and important sites, with 10 coordinated lines and connections throughout the country. All railways pass over the ground level in color tubes.
Other transports are the international airport, able to serve crowded flights, and the passengers and container terminals of the port, which joins land and sea.

Altepec has green areas in every street and sector, to create a city in sinergy with its environment and develop creativity and imagination. The downtown is completely surrounded by a lake, where everyone can enjoy the amazing landscapes and take a boat ride. Further, there are a zoo, an acuarium, a large farmland and a natural reserve.

CatCraft is a smaller, adult only, community focused Minecraft server. We started Season 1 on April 4, 2019. With the launch of 1.18, we began Season 2 in December 2021 to make the most of the new biomes and world generation.

Our intention is a long term world, with a slow world border expansion as new 1.X updates are released. Currently, we’re running 1.20.1, with a world border set at 15k in every direction. Our server is hosted in Ashburn, VA, on the eastern seaboard of the USA.

While we’re a small-ish community (usually between 30 and 80 total active members), the admin staff is passionate about keeping the server going and providing as many quality of life options as possible. On top of having a Survival server, we also have a Creative server with world edit, as well as an Event server on standby for (a hopeful!) monthly UHC, community planned events, or the occasional mod-pack. Bluemap runs on both Creative and Survival, as well as a discord Chat Bot.

Server Rules

1. Don’t be a dick. I really think this kind of sums up all the rules, but I’ll spell it out.
2. Don’t steal shit, dupe, or grief. See rule 1.
3. We’re a strict 21+ server. We are not child friendly. Swearing is fine, within reason. If that makes you uncomfortable, we are not the place for you.
4. PVP is turned on. This is not an excuse to be an asshole and snipe people. Play fair, help the loser pick up their stuff, and return all the things. See rule 1.
5. No hacking. No x-ray. No duping. No forcefield. Whatever might give you an unfair advantage.
6. Pranking is fine, within reason. Don’t destroy someone’s shit, or cover it with TNT and call it a prank.
7. In your application, please include your favorite breed of cat.
8. Patch up creeper holes, fully chop down trees, and don’t leave dirt towers around. We all have to live here, let’s try to keep it pretty looking.
9. Sign your stuff, keep the server easy to navigate.
10. Don’t kill withers in the over-world. Just don’t. It never goes well. Under the end portal please.

Shops: Without no admin shop on the server, your main source of money will come making player shops. You are able to sell any item you wish as well as buy from others!

Player Auctions: List items on the auction house for others players to buy/bid on!

Player Warps: Create your own player warp, whether that be for a shop or an

epic base you made! Players can also upvote warps that they like the most.
