A community driven re-boot of the old legendary “Thunderdome” server!

Thunderdome 2.0 is a unique survival experience incorperating Towny. We have a large spawn city for you to explore, and custom quests including custom boss battles for you to complete! No matter your experience on minecraft or your age or ability, our server has been created with everyone in mind! Our lovely staff and build team, and great pleasant players will help you fit in instantly. You will be able to find a town to join, or you may want to create your own, the choice is yours. We offer a rapidly growing server with the opportunity to play in different styles and with great people!

We also have a custom ranks system incorporating medieval titles, just the same as old Thunderdome had. Our staff and build team continues to add many different ways to keep you entertained while on our server, such as constant new quests and boss dungeons. The server will focus on the economic / role play and nation building part of the game.
You will start out with nothing and need to find a town to join or survive in the wilderness. Build your fortune and fame!

Towns can be created and multiple towns can form nations. these can go to war with each other using the advanced war system

Players can setup shop at small trading outpost or mayor city’s
They need to trade amongst each other to gain wealth. there are no admin shops on the server.

further you go out from spawn, mobs will increase in difficulty. and there is a temperature and thirst system.

Survival will be HARD! you better team up!

Non-vanilla terrain generation with terralith

There are also fun mechanics like brewing drinks that give various effects

No-nonsense
No loot crates – VIP etc.
