Who are we?
GenuineMC is a Semi-Vanilla server that is ran by the community. We have attracted individuals of various ages and nationalities who have found themselves at home on this server. Their voices have helped shape this community and have helped us to move forward as a server. Their voices have allowed GenuineMC to become what it is today!
As a team, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for new and current players. We also strive to meet the needs of every player and to listen to their personal comments about our community. We utilize input provided by our players to expand upon and to improve the overall playing experience. This forward-thinking approach has resulted in the member base that has extended across the entirety of the server, from both past and present, and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.

What is Semi-Vanilla?
Semi-Vanilla is essentially Minecraft, but with heighten aesthetics. We add plugins that either add special effects or help improve previously existing mechanics, but don’t take away from the genuine Minecraft experience. That means you can join our server and utilize none of our plugins, while still having a fun and wholesome experience playing the game.
In terms of plugins, we have administrative ones that help us run the server like Essentials and Grief Preventions. We also have ones for players that add to the game like Marriage or Mob Heads. When you join our server, you can choose to use these plugins to leave them be. It’s all up to you on how you want to play the game.

AztecMC is a vanilla raiding server. What that means is, weve got Essentials installed to protect spawn, and players can /sethome and /tpahere, but thats it. No chest protections, no player block protections, and you best get some armor quick because we’re on hard mode.

Have you stumbled on someones base? Grief it. Are they still home? Kill them and take their stuff. We have some simple rules, tips for not getting yourself raided, and a bonafide a-dult staff available to help keep things classy. X-rayers got you down? We are interested in our players helping us monetize our server but we aren’t going to do it the way other servers have done it. Our server strives to be friendly to both adults and chidren. We decided to remove loot crates; it kinda feels like gambling to be honest. We might add it in future but we won’t make it such that you used actual money to roll. We want our players to have fun so we provide almost everything on a progression basis. Which means you can even earn fun cosmetics for free. Monetization is done through donation mainly and we improve the server even more for each donation goal we achieve.

Become a hero or a villain!

The server starts out with a guardian and a “chosen” villain who gets the butterfly miraculous, you can keep your identity a secret by changing your name though that doesn’t really matter since people will figure out who you are anyways.

You can cause chaos, summon the wither storm and already ruin the none made progress, create factions, etc. Become a vampire or a werewolf or hunt them. With these mods there’s a bunch of fun possibilities.

(For better optimization make sure to set your FPS to UNLIMITED and other optimization options.)

The guardian has to protect the miraclebox and can give out miraculous to trusted holders.

But for a set of rules, you are allowed to do a lot of things BUT. Do NOT click on the Miricale box, if you’re not the Guardian as it will make the Miraculous VANISH, you are allowed to destroy it but do not open it.

If the Wither storm or any big boss is summoned you can NOT turn into the Collector, Style queen or any Akumutised Form that one shots. It will ruin the fun (others are allowed as long as they don’t ruin the fun)

How the wish works

If you manage to obtain both of the Miraculous of the Cat and Bug you may make a “wish” either actually summon Gimmi or summon Gimmi and ask an Admin to grant your wish, this may be as exchanging Miraculous, getting certain builds, blocks, etc. But it has to be exchanged for a fair price for example if you’d like another Miraculous you’d have to exchange one of your own. If you’d like to take another players Miraculous you’d have to exchange your own, if you’d like someone else’s role you’d have to exchange your own.

The main rule is keep the server fun for everyone do whatever but make sure it’s within moral fun boundaries and not just I’m gonna nuke everything because why not.
