Welcome to Desolate Lands, an MMORPG where you battle dangerous monsters, learn powerful abilities, explore the expansive world, and fight against other players in an epic battle for domination.

Here’s a few cool features the server has:

Quests
We have tons of new and interesting quests that were just released, along with an entirely new and custom Quest System. These quests range all the way from Level 0 to Level 150 with extremely unique rewards.

Bosses
Powerful, dangerous bosses of all sorts reside all across the world. Whether it’s in a dark cave to the side of a mountain, or the top of a gigantic tree, bosses can show up at any time, any where- even when you least expect it.

Day/Night conditions
The world is extremely dynamic, and changes based on day/night or even the weather. Monsters with various abilities can appear at night to attack unprepared explorers. However, daylight is not something to completely desire- different enemies will come for you in the day, too.

Classes
The classes system may seem traditional at first- the typical Mage, Archer, Warrior, and Rogue. However, once you reach Level 30, classes branch to different options to suit your desired play-style. Whether it’s becoming a powerful fire wizard, or a noble healer, you decide how you play.

Items
Explore the vast world to find all sorts of items. All items have randomized stat values to keep the experience unique. You can find all kinds of items, from Common to Legendary, gaining incredible effects the further up you go. There also exists Special items, which are unique items given from bosses, quests, and events.

It’s been months and months of hard work, but the time has finally come. Desolate Lands has re-opened for the Fabled Update on August 5th.

Revamped Area – New Kingsview

Explore a brand new Kingsview, full of new quests, shops, and NPCs to visit. Player shops have been reset, but there is plenty more to be claimed in this beautiful new town. A new shop type has been added, and contains over double the amount of inventory space!

Revamped Feature – New Quest System

Complete various new, revamped, and redoable quests across the entire world, ranging all the way from Level 0 to Level 150. This new system is completely custom, and offers all sorts of new features and rewards.

New Area – Pirate’s Bay

Venture into a new island, the Pirate’s Bay, and face all sorts of greedy pirates, dangerous sea creatures, and even cute monkeys! This area starts at Level 30, and features a new questline, which can be started by speaking to Mr. Moneybags in the Kingsview Bank. Adventurers can obtain various unique rewards, explore the beautiful island and ships, or even dive to the depths of the sea itself to find sunken treasure.

Revamped Area – Lost Mines

Enter the dangerous Lost Mines, a newly revamped Level 40-50 area. This area is now full of amazing structures, new monsters, and a unique questline with powerful rewards. Explore these mines with caution, as an ancient evil resides at the end of the cavern..

New Region Boss – Rayth the Silent

A new Tier 3 regional boss has been discovered, Rayth the Silent! He can spawn from Mist Archers who appear during the rain in the Northern Hills, and is the strongest enemy ever to appear on Desolate Lands. Challenge him alone, with a group, or even with an entire clan, it doesn’t matter. You will lose. But if you happen to win, you will receive the greatest reward.

New Quest – Orc Brawl

A new quest has appeared in the Savannah Spikes, the Orc Brawl! This quest features a battle against three of the Orc Tribe’s strongest warriors under Azoth, and has great rewards for those strong enough to emerge victorious. And if you do become the champion, you can participate again every six hours, with a chance for Special-tiered items each time.

New Questline – Darkgrove Corpse Quests

A creepy yet interesting new questline has appeared in the Darkgrove forest, the Corpse questline! This questline utilizes creative mechanics and has a shop with unique rewards that expands as you progress through the quests.

New PvP Arena – Library

A new PvP arena has been added, the Library! This arena is much larger than the previous arena, and is fit for insane battles between clans. Large-scale events will also be held in this arena. You can enter or spectate any arena by typing /fight in-game.

And much, much more!

This update has way too much content to fit in a single post, but all will be revealed in the changelog that will be released with the official update. New monsters to fight, class revamps, quests, quality of life additions, items, donor perks, droprate buffs, and the list goes on. Special thanks to the Quest Designers for their extremely hard work on this update: Epikman1234, VolcanoMan3705, and Fishladin. Dianite:

BusinessCraft is based on a democratic government system. Become a part of the Executive Branch by joining a government department and possibly one day running one as Minister. Or get elected into the Parliament and create new laws with fellow Members!

Once your gain enough money, create your own city! You are the mayor of that city; you run it, hire Councillors on your team and create the best city ever!
For quicker transportation, especially between cities, the server offers Vehicles and an Airport system.

You can choose to live in the wild! Adventure the fierce survival world and build your base. Collect resources to sell them to players or the Government! Regioning your base creates a secure anti-griefing barrier. It prevent players from destroying or stealing anything out of your chests.

What is this server about?

The Beautiful Game is focused on providing an enhanced experience that stays true to the essence of Minecraft. All of the plugins we’ve chosen were with the express purpose of enhancing vanilla aspects of the game to bring out the beauty that is sometimes hidden behind its blemishes, while also adding deep and engaging gameplay elements onto the existing framework of the game.

The gameplay has been tailored to encourage playing together through the Towny plugin and incentivizes building things like public transportation, road systems, railroads, etc. Commands like /rtp and /tpa have fees attached to them so that alternative means of transport are not only viable, but encouraged!

We use Jobs, MCMMO, and MythicDrops to add an economy with custom rare items that come with benefits not possible in the vanilla version of the game. You’ll spawn a custom world with beautiful unique terrain and custom biomes sure to provide you with many locations for building and adventuring in.

We take the input of our players seriously, any suggestions for plugins in our discord will be considered and we greatly value the input from players. This isn’t to say we’ll add any plugins you ask for, but we’ll consider each suggestion with thoughtfulness.

Notable Plugins Used:

EpicTerrainGenerator – Used to generate the custom terrain you’ll be exploring

BetterRTP – Used so that you can start your adventure quickly

Deathchest Pro – Isn’t it annoying how you have such a short time to get back to your possessions after an unfortunate death? With this plugin you’ve an hour to get back to your gear that is locked safely within a chest only you can open!

MCMMO – Used so that you can level up basic things that you do in game such as mining, chopping wood, gathering herbs, repair, and excavating.

MCMMO Horses – This allows for horses to have custom stats such as swiftness, agility, vitality and wrath. You can train your horses to increase their stats and performance. You could even train horses to sell them to other players opening up another avenue of gameplay.

Jobs Reborn – We use this plugin for you to earn money to rank up or buy/sell items from player shops. There are no server shops on this server to distort the economy or exploit.

Towny – Self explanatory, build a town with your friends and progress into a nation and try to become the best towny on the server!

GriefPrevention – Easily protect your builds with this plugin, we want to see your grand creations, not ruins from griefers. Do note that for large projects, you will want to use towny as there is a cap on the amount of land you can claim with Grief prevention.

Pyrofishing – This plugin enhances the vanilla fishing experience and lets you do special things like fly for periods of time if you catch and eat a legendary Aerofish.

But a quick summary:

This server is light-anarchy. The ONLY rules to this server is no racist remarks, and no ruining the integrity of the server. (Lag machines, Exploit/Hacking) Apart from that, we have geared the server for players to take over if they wanted to become the King or Queen of either their own kingdom, or their entire land. To start a Kingdom, you need a faction. There are 3 ways to gain a faction, and they are the same as how old kingdoms started. Buy a faction with your in-game wealth, gain a large following, or complete a legendary task.

This server is also RPG based. We use MythicMobs Premium and MMOCore Premium with custom classes and skills that will be added as time goes by.

It’s also RP based!

We include /me commands for roleplayers, but you won’t be kicked for things like “RKing” so be careful, and be wary when interacting with others.

Lastly, the Gods have not abandoned this world. They just choose not to interfere. Dungeons with insane loot and vendors will be added for players to explore, created by the Gods.

The Dominion (since 2013) is migrating to 1.15.2 This is a long process, but we are opening early in the process so players can test the new systems, and we can work out bugs. Battle your way through dungeons explicit to our server, upgrade your gear, and become a hero. We are currently under heavy development, and have only a few dungeons released so far. We are in the process of transferring content from an old version of the server.

As stated above, the server is in an unfinished state right now. We currently have a few of the first dungeons it’s recommended the players do completely done, but we have not been able to say with confidence that all of the kinks are worked out of the systems we are using. We need to introduce a player base on some level to find any changes that may need to be made. Consider this an “alpha” stage of the server.

Rules:

Inappropriate messages including racism or otherwise unnecessary discrimination, profanity, vulgar references, sexual references, and/or innuendos are not allowed.

Bug abuse is not allowed. If you find a flaw, please report it.

Be respectful of staff. What they say is law, even it it’s not explicitly stated in the rules.

Visiting locations under construction without direct staff permission is now allowed.

Scamming is not allowed. If you are scammed, send proof of the scam to staff and you will be reimbursed of lost items.

The predesessor of Aero Survival is in development, with the name Potato Island!

Server Concept:

Thousands of years ago, at the center of our world; 0,0. A potato crash landed from another planet, this single potato took its energy and created Potato Island, the center hub of our survival server. We have named him, the potato god. The powers of this potato god have elevated our civilization bringing new technology to the island never seen before.

Worlds Strongest Anvil:

Obtain unique magical items throughout your survival experience, one of those items are; a spawner shard(3-5 drop each time a spawner is broken). Requiring a blueprint, 5 spawner shards, some slime, and a few levels you can craft a placeable spawner! This system isn’t just used for spawners though, craft cosmetic keys, unbreakable tools, and the Ender Dragon respawn crystal!

Cosmetics:

On this server, you can not equip helmets. A base display item is blocking the helmet slot from ever being used. But dont worry, with milestones; you can get the advantage of armor on top of your cosmetics. Cosmetics are a random loot pool, generated by the potato god, and earned by using a crate key. Crate keys are crafted in the worlds strongest anvil.

Economy:

The economy of the server is broken up into gold/silver/materials. Gold is earned ingame, but can also be purchased in the webstore. Gold is only ever used for cosmetic items, such as placeable heads. Sell practically any item you have farmed for silver, but rare items can also be sold for a much hire value. Materials includes a lot of different things, but mostly- Spawner Shards, and Golden Potatoes. Spawner shards are earned by breaking a spawner that has been placed, you can get anywhere from 3-5 shards per spawner broken, and a placeable spawner requires 5 to craft. Golden Potatoes are obtained by farming potatoes. There is a 2% drop rate when farming potatoes, that you will get a golden potato. You require 64 golden potatoes to craft a cosmetic crate key. 1 Crate Key = 1 Cosmetic Spin. Duplicates can happen, but every time you get a duplicate you get an amount of gold that depends on the rarity.

Development:

This server is still in the very early stages of development, and is not open for any sort of gameplay.
