What is this ihatecavesandcliffs?

Ihatecavesandcliffs is an anarchy server focused in 1.16.5 for people that do not enjoy the new caves and cliffs update.

What differentiates us from other popular anarchy servers?
I’m going to be talking about the differences from 2b2t and our server since it is the most popular anarchy server and the other ones are basically hard copies of it like 5b5t.
Anticheat
2b2t uses AAC while we use Spartan, we use Spartan so we can make more hacks available and make anticheat less strict as more things are allowed besides things that affect serverside.
Plugins
2b2t has a lot more plugins then our server and we provide more of a vanilla experience when it comes to looks.
Versions
The regular 2b2t server has been stuck on 1.12 and is missing functionality updates like the villager update and the 2b2t test server is on 1.19.1 (on the time of writing this) which is obviously passed the caves and cliffs update which people like myself do not enjoy.

Davidscloud is a long-standing gaming community that believes in creating a place for all gamers to get together and enjoy playing various games together without worry of pay-to-win spoiling the enjoyment. Our Minecraft server, specifically, has been around since 1.7.10 and plans on staying around for a long time to come.

Our Minecraft server has variety of features for our members to enjoy. Key to keeping your experience enjoyable is our grief prevention system and friendly admin team. Players start off with 2,000 blocks they can claim, and accrue 120 every hour of playtime. These claims cannot be destroyed or built upon by anyone other than the Owner of the claim, or Trusted players. Plus your pets are also protected in the same fashion! If for some reason there’s ever a problem, our Admin team will investigate and assist whenever necessary.

With us focusing on your security, you can focus on enjoying the features on our server that add to your survival chances should you choose to use them, completely free without pay-to-win! Such as our banking system that gives interest for every hour you play. This lets you save up some cash to spend at the Market set up at the Survival Spawn, where our new Merchants offer a small variety of goods, like fish, potions, wood, and other miscellaneous goodies you might be looking for.

Bit bored traveling over the same old Minecraft landscape? Our server isn’t just the one traditional Survival world, it’s actually linked to another realm giving you more to explore! Find Zedmun at the Survival Spawn for the opportunity to be transported to our new Amplified World! Added in 1.18, it has all of the new caves and cliffs you could want with the added craziness of being amplified. Additionally, we’re working on adding an Event World and a Creative Plot World that would be accessed via our Hub so you will have even more places to enjoy. Our server now allows cross-play between the Bedrock and Java versions! Anyone can play on our servers regardless of if they play on console or PC, provided they have a paid Java account of course. That means you get to play with friends you might not of been able to before due to platform restrictions! Plus, with more people able to play on our servers the more fun can be had by all as our community grows. So we are looking forward to seeing you and your friends join us at Davidscloud!

About The Server
Some friends and I started a server so that we could play the Caves and Cliffs update together. We’d like to see how adding a few more players would change the game. We are a small close community of college students and streamers who are coming back to Minecraft after years and months of touching the game. HombreCraft is a vanilla survival Minecraft server. Its name stems from the fact that I originally created the server for me and a few of my friends together, but we’ve made it public because we want more people to play with.
We do not have any age restrictions for players. However, the server is not specifically ‘family friendly’ and we allow cursing. It’s not my job to be your kid’s parent. I just run a Minecraft server.
We currently are a survival-only server, but we plan to expand out with minigames, creative worlds, and much more in the future.
We run PaperMC with a few plugins, and we’re always looking to add more if we find good ones. Currently, we have:
– EssentialsX for a bunch of useful tools for players and admins.
– The Shopkeepers plugin and PlotSquared, which allow for the market world, where players can claim market spots (for free) and sell things.
– Lasso, which is configured to allow players to use Leads on Villagers. We did this because there are no good vanilla options for transporting villagers, and we feel that boating a villager several hundred blocks over land is just not fun gameplay.
– DynMap, which provides a complete world map, accessible online (mc.hombrecraft.com:14023) where you can also see players positions and chat remotely.
– GriefPrevention, which allows players to protect their builds from griefers and thieves.
– Multiverse, which allows us to have several worlds in the same server. We currently have Avathra, the survival world, Torindyr, the mining and industrial world, and New Saiba, the market world. We plan to add a creative world in the near future, and I’m considering setting up custom world generators to make some new and interesting worlds for players to choose from.
