Hello all! We are currently looking for mildly to extremely active players to join the Minecraft server known as the Something SMP! We have lore/roleplay on a modded server (mods of which include origins, image to map, enderite, claims, voice chat, and discord integrations, just to name a few).

However, it is NOT a requirement to be apart of the lore if you just want to play on the server!! Just a heads up though, there are a few people on the server who do stream, so if you're uncomfortable with appearing on livestream that's something to note.

If any of you are interested, you can join the Discord server here. You can go into #applications to submit an application, and you can read more via the pinned message in #Something SMP info (It is required to join the Discord server, as it has the custom modpack, server announcements and the rules of the server, this process also reduces the number of griefers and trolls).

If you have any questions about the server, or anything related to that, feel free to ask me or any other staff member. We are happy to answer any queries you may have! You can do so on the Discord server or here in the comments. Some other things to note include:

This is a java server, with no plans for bedrock to be included at this stage.
We have our end & nether reset every few months, so new players don’t have to spend as long hunting for nether & end items.
The server owner is on GMT+8, so feedback regarding your application may be slow depending on your timezone.
Most staff members are also on GMT+8, so applications may be slow depending on when it’s submitted.
This season's lore cut-off point has already passed, so you won't be able to join lore this season, but you can still join next season's lore.

About Us:
The Flare Community and its Flare SMP were founded on April 14, 2023, by me, Antimony_Sb. My good friend, who fills the role of creative director, and I aim to provide our players with a relaxed semi-vanilla experience in a mature and "serious" environment. The server is my hobby and is a long-term project, without a planned end; ideally, we'll only stop when Minecraft ceases to exist.

What Sets Us Apart from Vanilla?
Some of the divergences from classic Vanilla gameplay include:
* Dynmap (Our maps in your browser: See who's online and what's being built!)
* Bolt (Protect your chests, furnaces, and many other blocks and entities from unauthorized access with a finely adjustable permission system)
* mcMMO (17 new skills to level up, with many passive and active abilities and bonuses as you progress through the levels)
* GSit (Sit almost anywhere, on players, stairs, and more)
* FlareDeathMessages (Our custom plugin for cooler death messages)
* Pets (Let small helpers accompany you; most pets are purely cosmetic)
* Cosmetics (Put on a hat or backpack, get wings or a cosmetic armor piece to express yourself)
* Decorations (Many mob heads, custom player heads, soon new and exclusive paintings, and tons of plushies (almost) all Vanilla mobs and some of our custom mobs for decorating and carrying around)
* Many minor additions that are more of an augmentation than a change…

We are an international community, and the primary language is English (the entire server leadership, as well as some other players, are from Germany). Some of our features are still in development, as we do almost everything ourselves in our spare time while striving for high quality.
Soon our summer event starts, with some great content and rewards!

Draconicraft is community-focused minecraft server where the world is your oyster – within the 20k world border of course! With every Minecraft update, the world will expand rather than reset, giving you ample time to work on fabulous builds and intense farms with the rest of the community while also gaining access to the new features of the upcoming updates in the coming years.

Knowing the world is not going to be reset anytime soon allows our members to build much large projects knowing they have the time to complete them. Whether you have a lot of time, or just want to relax for a couple hours after work, Draconicraft is the place for you to enjoy this game we love with a community of players who share the same passion!
