Solarcraft

Solarcraft is an economy based survival server that has been running since 2011.
The current generation of the server is running on an amazing custom made map by Moontis on PlanetMinecraft.

Plugins
Solarcraft puts great pride into running the most unique yet fun plugins out there. On top of using ‘popular’ plugins such as McMMo and Jobs, We utilize custom made commands and settings through the Skript plugin.

Summary
Solarcraft is a third generation server which has been running for 5 years now. Our community has been built and tested over time and we pride ourselves on keeping the old spirit of minecraft alive opposed to the countless amounts of factions/prison/OP servers that have popped up over the last couple of years.

Hey, I’m zeronerve, just an old wize-guy building a safer place to steal things. Come introduce yourself. Our focus today is on building great maps, so we only have a few players.

Get in on the ground floor of what we hope will become the best family-friendly Capture the Flag community around!

We’re building maps by the day, and improving game play by night. Builders are welcome. Some of the best CTF arenas you’ll find anywhere are loaded and ready to play. Minecraft servers are bloated and ruin the fundamental gameplay mechanics of the core game. Our main server, abbreviated as OSMC, stands for Oldschool Minecraft. OSMC gives you a nostalgic experience for you to reminiscence the past. The only server mechanics added for quality of life purposes are chest, furnaces, and door protections. We want you to enjoy the game without drastically game-changing features. Every player will always be equal, and every player must survive the harsh elements of the world. The usual internet rules apply, with no abuse or harassment permitted – we’re not an anarchy server (though be on the lookout for one soon on Bedrock.)

It started initially in February 2014 as a sister community to r/teenagers, with the modern history of the community developing since February 2018. The community has established itself independent from r/teenagers in August 2019. The server population has grown quite fast with over 12,000 unique players from January 2019 to August 2019.
