Are you interested of SMP experience but you are abit tired of good old vanilla survival?
I invite you to try out my twist on our beloved game.
This is mostly regular SMP but only difference is that, there is no surface, you can only survive underground.

I have implemented few features that help on making overall game abit easier, those features are as follows:

  • Skills, you can level up your account in order to become stronger and gain better loot.
  • LootBoxes, while mining you have small chance to obtain crates that obtain valuables that help you on you progress.
  • Shop, obtain blocks that can be found only on surface. That means if you want to build something it is all possible.
  • Teleportation, you can teleport to other players, set your home and teleport back when you die.
  • Safer death, when you die you keep all your experience and you can return to your death point with simple command /back
  • Backpacks, we all know how small are player inventories, luckily you have extra 18 slots to bring with you, but remember when you die those are also dropped on the ground.
  • Underground villages, you can still play with villagers and make iron farms. Also the mineshafts have been modernized that means you an find new structures and different loot that you are used to.
  • Clans, teamup with others by joining a clan.
  • Frequent updates, to makes experience more enjoyable or provide players with new features.
  • Protections, protect your builds from those pesky cheaters. However your chests are not protected since stealing is allowed. Just make sure you place blocks ontop of chests to block them from being opened 🙂

    • If you play on bedrock device you are able to join as well, we support crossplay.

    We have small active community currently consisting about 7-9 players from all around the world, but mostly from USA.

    We also have discord where you get latest updates about the server, share your progress or just chat around.

    I’m also really open to suggestions for a ways to improve your/players experience in the server, that means server is always being updated to help you progress in your underground journey.

    Hello! My name is Ellie, and I am the owner of Glories SMP! Glories SMP is a family-friendly SMP for you and all of your friends to play on. We are starting Season 8 tonight! Meaning, you will get a fresh start.
    The SMP has the new world generation of 1.18, meaning bigger caves, new mineshafts, and more space to dig. The server, even though it has this new generation, is also pretty much lag free, keeping the TPS at a constant 20.
    **Glories SMP also has several features that separates it from other servers:
    We are open to any age range. (Note: If you are under the age of 13, you cannot join through discord. In order to join, you will have to message me on Reddit)
    There is no griefing what-so-ever. The uncommon instance of griefing will result in harsh punishment.
    The server is generally lag-free! The server’s TPS is at a constant 20, even with upwards of 20 players online, and supporting bedrock java crossplay. (Note: Bedrock release date may be later than the java one because of the time it takes to set up)
    The server is constantly active. There is always someone online willing to help!
    The server’s players are friendly as can be!
    The server is family-friendly, meaning no cursing, toxicity, or inappropriate behavior.

    Raiding – Iv created a whole raiding system, on the Factions server only (Play SMP if you want want raided) with raid windows and a king of the hill style raid mechanic. Take down other factions shields and raid their bases!

    Custom quest system – Complete quests and watch NPC take your materials and build the would around you block by block. Together the player base can shape the story and world of the SMP server to your liking.

    Skills system – Mining, fishing, farming and more, level up your skills and unlock unique crafts, get good enough and you might be the only person people have to go to for something!

    The SMP and Factions servers are linked in a way where factions will need to use both the PVE players and PVP players to climb the leader board!

    Who are we?

    Why did we start Thugcraft?

    We wanted a vanilla Minecraft server to play on, without any restrictions, over complicated rules, or abusive mods. The server just turned 7 years old in February 2024 and we’re on our ninth season as of June 2024.

    Who are we looking for?

    Anyone over 18 is welcome and encouraged to apply. Our goal is to keep average player count at 10 and peak player activity under 20.

    Community

    Thugcraft is all about community. We encourage cooperation and commerce, Our spawn usually is host to a larger shopping district where players are open to build what suits their style

    We have a Discord server where the game chat is linked to Discord. We also use voice chat regularly, so having a microphone is a plus!

    We hold regular community events, including build events and PvP competitions on the server, and events where we play other games, usually Among Us or Jackbox.

    Rules!

    Our rules are few and simple:

    • No griefing, stealing, or cheating
    • Chat is also English only

    Technical Stuff

    • Great worldwide latency, we have players from all over the world
    • We run Paper with settings that make it exactly like vanilla
    • The world seed is unknown to all
    • All settings are default except spawn protection is disabled and one player sleep is enabled
    • We have a few datapacks:
      • Dragon drops elytra + egg on every kill
      • Double shulker shell drops
      • Anti enderman grief
      • Silence mobs
      • AFK player display
      • Disabled fire spawning from lightning
      • More mob heads and player heads
    • End Gateways are regularly altered to teleport players further out
    • Admins have the ability to see who did that and when
    • Admins can roll back changes on the fly in case of griefing
    • Frequent backups, including regular off site backups

    • All players must be 18 years of age or older – that's the whole "Adult Minecraft Server" bit.

    • No Griefing – Breaking or placing blocks within another player's clearly defined area is strictly prohibited. This is true even in PvP and for seemingly abandoned builds – if it's not yours, don't touch it.

    • No Client Mods/Exploits – Client modifications (other than Optifine) or exploits to the game are not allowed. (Including but not limited to: Badlion, Forge, Fabric, Lightloader, Lunar Client, flying, speed, x-ray, item duplication, glitching, etc.)

    • No Advertising/Spam – No advertising servers/websites/mods in any chat or spamming messages.

    • Common Sense/Maturity – This is a game. Be respectful, have fun, don't rage, don't participate in drama, don't harass people, mind the server conventions, etc. Absolutely no harassment, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
