The server goes to sleep if nobody is online for more than 5 minutes. Just give it a join and you should be greeted with a message saying the server is starting! Wait a minute for it to start, hit refresh and it should be online
If you join and it doesn’t give you a “Server starting” prompt, ask the staff if it is updating or if SOMEBODY forgot to enable Auto Start after updating

The Scandify SMP server was released in the middle of May 2023 and has JUST updated to 1.20, so everything is extremely fresh still with world-borders being expanded by more than double for the new generation.
