Here is the basic premise:
This is not just your normal everyday SMP, the world border is only 500×500, There is one end portal, but it is inside the Ancient city, and is next to a Warden Spawner.

Be the first player to get the “With Our Powers Combined” achievement (by collecting all 3 of the froglights from the 3 froglight dungeons.

We’ve had a few changes recently, but I’ll get into the meat of it. We are a Minecraft Origins SMP that’s been active since April 2021, showing minimal signs of shutting down or dying out. We have a bit of a reputation for being weirdly wholesome, and with staff active nearly 24/7, in most timezones! We are currently running our modpack as a rough balance between favouring explorers, builders, solitary users, fighters, and dungeon crawlers. We’re on 1.18.2 Java edition at the moment. Origins is a mod that allows you to play Minecraft but with all sorts of stats, aspects, and abilities modified to emulate a mob, or other theme. We’ve got several, ranging from the tiny Inchling, to the spooky Haunted Armour, to the giant Guardian Angel.
Cracked accounts and Bedrock edition cannot play on this server. Please only join if 13+. Nobody is allowed to have a custom origin only for themself here, and we are NOT pay-to-win, but donations are welcome. Do note that we have a whitelist process in place before anyone can play.

At spawn you'll see our little city that gets pasted into each new season(not always), it's not a place to build at, just something to look at right when you join. We also tend to add things to it each season. This is a dedicated 1.20.4 survival server with a handful of changes that really add to the survival experience while mitigating some of the less-fun aspects of the game. While it isn't a purely vanilla experience, the goal is to provide something close to a vanilla experience with modifications that we think add a necessary challenge for veteran players, as well as some quality of life changes that remove some of the more tedious or illogical aspects of the game.
The server is running Fabric with a handful of mods and data-packs with some changes to the base game rules. The best part is, the server does not require you to download anything and can be connected to using a vanilla client.
Some of the changes we've made include:
– No natural regeneration
– Hard difficulty
– Improved Dungeons and other structures
The server map is running Terralith along with a variety of custom structures from a few different mods. On the QoL side, we have things such as Treefall, expanded recipes for the stone cutter, cauldron concrete, and minor healing benefits from using a bed.
