Welcome to our server! We’re a group of mature North American players. Off The Block (OTB) focuses on economy survival, skyblock, and factions.

When you join the server you’re welcomed by a beautiful spawn and a slew of friendly players. Hopefully, you’ll also see that new players get a toolbelt of helpful commands, such as /back and /recipe.

In every world a shop is accessible through /shop. This alongside player chest shops is how the economy operates.
We’re hosted on a 19-9900K processor clocked at 4.8Ghz on two dedicated threads and 8GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM. We have DDoS protection to ensure low downtime. If you’re in North America then your ping should be low too!

Vales of Murak is a unique and custom Minecraft gamemode taking inspiration from the legendary but forgotten game MineZ. Start your adventure anywhere in a starting village in the south of the map and collect loot by finding different types of chests across the special locations the world has to offer. Las Cucarachas is a callback to a simpler time. Inspired by the servers of the early 2010s, Las Cucarachas is a community where you can build freely without worrying about griefing or theft; work collaboratively on whatever projects you dream up and make new friends along the way; and enjoy the freedom to play how you want to play.

Our Discord Server isn’t littered with unnecessary bots and excessive channels and the community is generally pretty nice. The voice chat is reasonably active and the vibe is pretty chill.

Las Cucarachas values free speech, you will never be reprimanded for having an opinion, making a joke, or anything like that.

Our economy is 100% vanilla — the most common currency is diamond and all of the shops are player-made. We do have a designated shopping district, although you’re welcome to build your business wherever you’d like!

Land-claim and rollback plugins make vandalism virtually impossible. Our staff members are responsive and helpful — if you have any issues with griefing or theft, let a staff-member know and we’ll get it fixed promptly.

We like to keep things simple. There aren’t any roles, obnoxious prefixes and technicolor nicknames; you will never be solicited for donations, and there is absolutely no pay-to-win or buyable cosmetics or any of that malarkey.

Las Cucarachas is primarily composed of USA, CA, and EU players. The server is hosted in North America (Toronto), and peak hours are typically afternoon/night EST. The server is relatively small and the server hardware is robust so lag is minimal.

Las Cucarachas is still a relatively new server so you won’t have to work too hard to make new friends, find a place to collect resources and build, and make a name for yourself. Feel free to hop on and check us out!

You first spawn on Baker Islands with a starter kit. You can buy items in the Shop, and sell yours at the Market. The Islands are protected out in the ocean until you pass the red border, so you must use your boat of choice to paddle out for dry land. All sorts of things are hidden in the protected ocean waters like secret item shops, underground caves, parkour maps, and mini-games. Lets see if you can find them all.

Our server is about surviving on your own or with a team, building your base, fighting other Factions, and climbing to the top of the leaderboards. Claim your teams land and protect your base. The more you fight other Factions, the stronger and larger you can make your base. Use TNT to raid other Factions bases, learn how to protect your base on YouTube. Legendary-Kingdoms is a Kingdoms server which is much like factions with it’s own twist and added features. Each kingdom gets their own upgrade-able champion that will defend the kingdom when being invaded. Kingdoms also have turrets that can be bought for resource points and placed on their land in order to add an extra layer of protection. Each kingdom has a Nexus which acts as the hub, and in the Nexus there are plenty of upgrades that range from double crop harvest, improved health regeneration on kingdom land, and many more! GATES is a modpack about the exploration of new worlds and dimensions. To help you with this, mods are added that give you a wide range of weapons and technology. This will help you conquer the harsh and unforgiving worlds you will encounter.

In the stargate series, some aliens were very technologically advanced, the tools they used sometimes seemed magical. To simuate this, there are a number of technological mods and a few magic mods in this modpack.

The best and most fun way to play GATES is on its official server. A vast stargate network has been set-up with stargates built on numerous dimensions and planets. Players are able to explore these new places through their own stargate, or use the public stargate located in the spawn area.

Connecting to the GATES server is super easy! With the server IP pre-programmed into the modpack and a special button on the main menu to directly connect to the server, you can quickly join and experience the modpack and server in full glory!
