Staff ranks:
Mod
Mods are the people entrusted with maintaining and moderating the community. They can mute, kick and ban players if the break the rules.
Admin
Admins are the administrators of the server, they are also in charge of keeping the staff in line, making sure a moderator isnt misusing his or her powers.
Owner
The owner is in charge of keeping the server running, as well as making sure the plugins are working properly.

INTRODUCTION
No donations, no children as moderators, no bullshit (OK… Some bullshit). Join this server if you think that the people who come on asking for a promotion to moderator should be kicked without question. Join this server if you like playing minecraft, but are willing to play it with a few modifications and mechanics added through plugins. Players will not have access to /home. I want players to have to build roads and transport to get home, or risk the chance they dont spawn at their beds. The only real warp command that will remain accessible is /spawn.
The only players that can cheat will be those that I place a large amount of trust in. People I know in real life, people who have been on the server for years, and so on. Nobody is going to be getting stacks of diamonds because I like them, but I do occasionally like to fill your inventory with cobble when you complain about needing some.
COMMANDS:
There will be very few. Use /help to know what you can use at any time, because it will change as I update permissions and keep track of how the server is doing.
MODERATION POLICY:
Mods are picked based on who you are and how mature you are. Asking for mod will disqualify you from becoming a mod.
You may complain about any mod or mayor actions in the forums.
The rules of the server are simple. If you are mature and act in a decent way. No hacks, no x-ray, no cheating, no murdering (PVP is enabled), no griefing, no spamming, etc.
If not, we will ban you and dance happily on your sign-dirt grave.

About the Server-
Voxel Dream is a Survival/Creative/Mini-Games Server/creative/minigames with friendly Mods and Admins, always reaching out to help the community. We have events everyday to drop events to boss battles. This is a PvP server but you can have your house protected by one of the mods so that you won’t have to worry about griefing. Surrealcraft is a server focused on Factions and PvP. Griefing, and more specifically raiding, is allowed and encouraged. The world border is set a 6,000 blocks away from spawn. A more condensed world better facilitates raiding. There is NO chest protection. Design your base with security in mind to keep the baddies away from your loots. We also run mcMMO that allows you to level stats in the style of an RPG.
The major plugins are:
Factions: Allows users to create and join factions. Factions can claim land and this prohibits people outside of the faction from building or destroying blocks on their territory. However, our configuration does not protect chests. Design your base with security in mind to prevent people from raiding you.
mcMMO: This plugin allows for an RPG-like leveling system with multiple stats.
ChestShop: The Shop is at spawn. You can buy and sell tons of different items here. Note that player-made shops are disabled.
WorldBorder : The border is set at 6000 blocks away from spawn to better facilitate raiding.
NoCheatPlus : Down with the cheaters.
The rules are:
* Hacking = ban (derp) DO NOT USED HACK CLIENTS.
* Do not spam or type in caps excessively
* Griefing is allowed.
* Offensive language is allowed but try to keep it classy folks.
* Please respect admins and mods. Their word is final.
* Do not cause substantial server lag.
* Do not pester mods/admins about unbanning people.
* Do not use autosprint, autostep, or autoequip mods.
* Do not grief warzones/safezones and their borders.
* Duping, posessing duped items, and trying to dupe results in a permaban.
* Spawn bases are required to be floating at least 25 blocks above the ground.
* Do not build vulgar or offensive structures at spawn.
* Do not harass people personally. AKA “cyberbullying”.
* Do not disseminate personal information.
* Do not use autoclickers especially while AFK on mobs.
* Minimap and Spoutcraft are allowed.
