The server runs at 2-5pm (NZ time) on Saturdays, but we are working on going up to full time.

Welcome to The Isles of Brithnobar!

Brithnobar is a Minecraft: Java Edition server made and landscaped by ElfishJedi (there is also lore in development).

The server is divided into 7 clans that inhabit the 7 cities each with about 10,000 blocks in between. When you join you will be randomly sorted into a clan depending on current member amounts. There are occasionally wars between these clans, so you will have the option whether to join in or to remain peaceful, but it is strongly recommended that you do your best to help your clan.

The seven Clans are:

The Saethu, which live in Caer Saith.

The Anilack, which live in Caer Atarnern.

The Hadferet, which live in Caer Breneth.

The Mories, which live in Caer Aten.

The Elfenor, which live in Caer Ceffy.

The Penseiri, which live in Caer Arth.

The Lokians, which live in Caer Lyoseth.

We have a small community with a pretty active discord.

We have a whitelist, but join the discord, or if you don’t have discord, email [email protected] and we should reply pretty speedy. Alternatively you can comment below and that is sure to get our attention 😀

Zedwork Zurvival is a friendly, community-run, semi-vanilla server. We’re here to play Vanilla survival together, with community-run events and the occasional minigame. Come play and join our family ^_^

Zero Grief

There’s no grief. Not only do we prevent grief before it can happen with claim protection, but we will typically catch those up to no good extremely fast.

We encourage community spirit, and don’t take kindly on griefing, stealing or PVPing in an non-civil manner. PVP is allowed, but have some respect about it. Surprise attacks on players who are building, or going about their business is not accepted practise here. The Guardians will step in if they see your behaviour as unsavoury.

Capture The Flag

Your goal is to capture the enemy’s flag. The enemy’s flag will be on a fence post in or near their base. Break into the enemy’s base and steal their flag. You must now return to your own base and place the enemy’s flag on your team’s fence post. You will not be able capture an enemy’s flag if your own flag is missing. Once you have captured the enemy’s flag the required number of times, you win!
Before each match, there is a one minute waiting period for new players to join. During this waiting period you cannot choose a class or obtain any items, and you are invincible (you can’t die). Feel free to explore the map to get a feel for what you’ll be playing on.
When the game starts, you’ll be randomly assigned a team and teleported to your team’s starting position near your base. Type /help to see a list of classes, and type in the command for the class you choose. You can be: /archer, /assassin, /chemist, /dwarf, /heavy, /medic, /necro, /ninja, /pyro, /soldier, and /mage
