Osthaven is a fantasy medieval MMO built inside Minecraft for players who want long-term progression, class identity, profession grinding, faction politics, custom gear, and an expanding world. Pick from 10 fantasy races, each with real strengths, weaknesses, and a different way to play. Go for a forge-hardened Dwarf, an arcane Blood Elf, a frost-wielding Lich, a predatory Vampire, and more.
Race is not just cosmetic here. It shapes your build from the start. A Deep Dwarf shines with mining, smithing, and industry. An Elf leans into speed, archery, enchanting, and finesse. Vampires get a fast night-fighter style with lifesteal, while Liches focus on magic, frost, and staying alive through spacing and control. You can pair your race with a combat, crafting, or gathering class to make something that actually feels like yours.
Progression runs through ValhallaMMO skills, so mining, smithing, enchanting, farming, fishing, combat, gathering, and crafting all matter. Smithing is especially important too, since your skill affects the quality of the tools and weapons you make. That means rushing straight to iron or diamond is not enough, and the grind really is part of the point.
Villager trading is disabled, so emeralds become the real endgame currency instead of something pumped out through trading halls. You earn cash by selling custom mob drops, rare fish, gems, digging byproducts, crops, logs, and other profession goods. Money also comes from killing mobs, taking on stronger enemies for better rewards, and trading with other players. Cash can then be exchanged for emeralds, which buy endgame PvP weapons, armor, grappling hooks, themed gear, and other powerful equipment from specialized NPC vendors. The economy rewards patience, specialization, and long-term investment.
