We are committed to providing a great semi-Vanilla Minecraft experience. We will never add any game modes (Towny, Factions, Mini-games etc) and we will never add anything which will fundamentally make the game different, easier or harder (mcMMO, rankings).
We are transparent about any issues that may arise such as dismissal of staff, banning of influential players and integrity changes to how the server functions.
Our Community Voice
We always pride ourselves on listening to our community. We welcome feedback and honest opinions any time and use it to make changes for the betterment of the player experience and community.
If we are ever going to make a change to our community, be it a new plugin, a config change, or anything that would affect the vanilla or community dynamic, it will be polled. Polled content/changes only take effect if the community votes at a 75% approval rating. If a poll fails, we look at why it fails and then make changes until most of our player-base are content.
We Love Working Together
The server was founded on this major principal to create a space for players to come together and play Minecraft without limitations set by game modes. So, this allows us to bring players together, we work on large projects such as shopping districts, minigames, mega builds… and also want to run exciting events such as Racing and PvP tournaments. Server Description: Xeruscraft is a survival multiplayer server that was created back in 2013, while many players have come and gone over the years, the server continues to provide an enjoyable environment for a multitude of different play styles, whether you enjoy relaxing and building under the protection of your Towny settlement, or testing your strength against your fellow players or custom mobs ranging from undead gladiators to vampires. PVP and GRIEF is allowed everywhere with a catch.
If you die, you will be banned for a certain amount of time unless you kill others or gain “Lives” by playing a certain amount of time.
You start with 1 Life, if you die you will be banned from 2-50 hours,.
Here the mobs and creatures are brutal, and there is a lot of variety of different things that can happen with you, for example you are mining coal and suddenly the coal vein explodes out of nowhere.
Be careful when you first spawn in, you only start with 1 life!

I ran a minecraft server back in 2013, when the iron was hot. I saw alot of big issues with other minecraft servers, and I want to bring what my MineCraft server did right, to Hylo. With stability, I will insure there is always at the minimum 20 ticks per second. I also saw a trend where owners would rely 100% on donations to keep the server up, which lead to the server going down. I have a fulltime job, so I will be paying out of pocket, with donations meaning that I can take a break from paying the server fees. Last thing is the fact that alot of servers just installed 1 or 2 plugins, and then did nothing new. When Hytale is new, I won’t have to worry about adding content, but as people start getting use to hytale, I want to make sure the people playing on the server, have new interesting stuff. I don’t know much about hytale, so I don’t have a roadmap on what I will add, but I can say right off the bat, I will be making some mini-games people can play with each other.
Until then I set up a minecraft server while we wait for Hytale’s launch. The server won’t have any donor ranks, just a bunch of fun stuff. This server will remain active after the HyTale server is ready.
