A small survival server with a few mini-games.
There are farm worlds for the upper world, the nether and the end world. In the world of real estate you get your own real estate. There are also quantitatively limited zones with building themes for the lots. To expand the vanilla experience a bit, plugins like Chairs, CraftBook or Essentials are used.
