Hey there, welcome to CobbleSMP! Cobblestone SMP, is a fairly new server. This server is season based, meaning after 4-5 months we will reset the map and the season will change to season 3 (I will say this once, we haven’t figured out the exact date the season will last! I just gave an example) our server as a whole decides when we feel like we’ve done all we can on the server. We will let you decide the date. Anyways, we are currently looking for mature 18+ members, which are respectful to all players and which are dedicated and won’t just leave after a week. We provide a data pack which is not a big change to the server (its just small little tweaks), as we want the server to be pretty vanilla. It includes, player heads, multiplayer sleep, more mob heads, double shulker shells, and plenty more.

We believe donations from players should not be required to keep the server up. We also believe players should be able to focus on building things and forming a community instead of trying to be “above” one another. Therefore all players have most commands and the owner funds everything from their pocket.

Only staff have abilities above the players, to make sure everyone follows the rules, in order to keep the system habitable for a wide range of people. There is no private property, in order to create a trusting community, hence the “communism” theme, (which is mostly all a joke), and we have rollback in case of griefs.

To start building once on the server, type /RTP. You also have access to all warps by doing /warp – most of them were built by the owner. We also have a 1:1000 scale Earth world that you can build on(it’s where spawn is), it just doesn’t have any trees.

Staff:

Regimental Guard – secret police, law enforcement and intel gatherers/spies. Has abilities equivalent to a mod on regular servers.

General – directors of the Regimental Guard and functions as second in command. Has abilities equivalent to an admin on regular servers.

Player-Based Economy: Our economy is fully player-based, with items typically being sold or traded for diamond or netherite.
No Player Ranks: We do not sell or have any player ranks. You are just the same as everyone else!
No Keep Inventory: There is a thrill of risk when you have your items on the line!
Unique PVP Rules: PVP is only allowed if both parties consent to PVP or both players are in a PVP arena!
Land & Chest Protection: Rules against stealing/griefing and, optionally you can claim your land to ensure it remains untouched by unwanted visitors!
No Overworld Resets: The overworld will never reset! Never worry about your builds disappearing!

“So…you have arrived upon this world of Atlas? Sadly that means your old world is no more. This new world you have washed up on has plunged into all-out war.

You are not the first refugee to be saved from destruction by the Obelisk – and you will not be the last. For fifteen years, we have been the keepers of the Obelisk, the harbingers of lost souls like you. Some have integrated into our people. Others have struck out into the harsh and brutal world of Atlas to build empires of their own. Fewer yet have succeeded.

But an evil force is gaining power in the world, threatening to undo the very fabric of reality itself. Centuries ago, the Arkayo nearly succeeded in summoning their brutal god of chaos into this world. And after all this time, hidden in exile, I fear they are close to summoning him once again.

Grieve quickly for your old world, for there is little time. We have saved you from the brink of destruction, traveler… now it is you who must save us…”

Atlas is an immersive MC experience like no other. A custom nation creation system, mixed with the rich backstory and quest progression of an MMORPG, make for a world that MC players of any style can enjoy!

Players find themselves as refugees from their ruined worlds, arriving in the world of Atlas just in time to see the resurgence of a dangerous cult, thought to be eradicated long ago. Through exploration of the unique, hand-painted world, completing the hundreds of available quests across dozens of NPC towns, and even building their own nations to compete on the world stage, players must make choices that affect their gameplay and reputation throughout Atlas and craft their own unique legacy!

Featuring a series of custom-made, never-before-seen plugins, players can do anything from discovering dozens of new ores and alloys through smelting, to training in robust schools of magic, to smuggling goods and sparking economic warfare. The possibilities are endless!
