One of the most important part of any paper, including Descriptions, is your thesis. This should be a single sentence which starts off your description in a way that draws readers (and potential players) in to read the rest of your description while plastering a quick and effective “happy” image of your server into their heads.
A good way to start a thesis is just picture your server in your head and make a sentence starting with “my server is…” don’t give this sentence too much thought you want it to be what comes to mind when you think of your server. For example, lets say the server is a community based survival server where your all about making friends with every player and playing together; your sentence would be something like “my server is a community based survival server with no griefing.” it’s not the actual thesis but its good to build on.
The next step to building a strong thesis is adding a “hook”. This needs to be a way to draw readers in and make them want to read the rest of the description. This means make the thesis something that makes the server sound appealing by using more positive words and highlighting the better aspects of your server. A good thesis should be positive and to the point while not going on too long.

Hello and welcome to Stasis SMP! This is a Hermitcraft like Minecraft server with many quality of life changes! Formerly Omorus SMP, the idea behind this server is simple. To provide a safe and fun, close knit community, with emphasis on building amazing things! Since this is a Hermitcraft inspired server, we hope that members are familiar with the gameplay and ideas behind the YouTube series. Please keep in mind the server is not yet open, we are in the recruiting phase and want new members! We predict to have the server ready to go within the next week.

A few basic qualifications that we hope you can meet, but are not necessarily required:

-At least 17 years of age

-Familliar with Hermitcraft style servers

-Participate and enjoy community based gameplay

We have an application process through Discord to ensure we have the best people we can in the server. It will have a few basic questions and will ask about past server experiences and or send some build pictures you are most proud of. In light of our former server, we wish to make this as friendly and communal as possible! We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the game. Well first of all greetings, today 12/25/2015 I tried to enter your server and I couldn't, it said that a certain “MaryLix6” banned me for a supposed hack… and I have never used it in my life… I just don't need to play with cheating or being the best just playing for my distraction and well your server is very good :c and I can't log in anymore so I hope they fix that problem that they ban me because I'm not a hacker and keep in mind that many sluts can say that some are hacker just to bother or not…

A minigame based on Garry’s Mod TTT, it’s fun to play and requires strategy to win. When the game begins we can become innocent, detective or saboteur, when we are a saboteur we know what role everybody in the game is and we have to kill all innocents and detectives stealthily, the innocents only knows who are the detectives.

The server is multi-language and currently supports English and Portuguese, the language settings can be adjusted executing the /lang command.
