Prepare yourself for an adventure with countless possibilities as you build, work in the mine, fight against mobs and explore the ever-changing Minecraft landscape.

To play on the unofficial PietSmiet Community Server you need the Minecraft Java version.
When you are on the server, you can use “/kit claim” to create your own property in the survival world. Only you or your friends who you add with “/trust PlayerName” can build on this lot.
The lot size starts at 1024 blocks and increases by 256 blocks every hour up to a current maximum of 8192 blocks.
There is a separate mining world, which you can access with “/warp farm”. With “/sethome” you can create a home point and with “/home” you can return to it.

The Nether will be reset with the update to Minecraft Version 1.16 (Nether Update) in order to have access to all new features.

We ask you not to use cheats, x-rays or anything else that affects the normal gameplay in any way on the Minecraft server. Nevertheless, an anti-cheat or anti-X-ray plugin is used so that other players are not disadvantaged.

Farlands is a simple Minecraft Realm on the Latest Minecraft Snapshot and we are looking for more people to build a community with! With the server currently being hosted on realms, there are limits to what we can add, but that is also part of the charm. We aren't currently looking to host a plugin-based server, but maybe as the community grows, so will the server and what it offers.

For now, we have a handful of quality-of-life datapacks and will look to add fun but simple datapacks in the future during stable releases. After applying and gaining access to our Discord, anyone can suggest what to add there!

Why Realms and Why Snapshots?

These decisions came out of a desire to keep things simplekeep the game minimally altered, and keep the server management experience minimally involved. Play Minecraft, and play it with others.

It's always cool to check out the latest snapshots, but getting to experience them is something else entirely. With recent additions like bundles and Minecart gamerules, and changes to Realms, it seemed like the perfect time to try things out.

Why join us?

We're people who enjoy Minecraft and enjoy coming back to it often, the simplicity, pure creativity, joyous fun, and wild adventures always draw us back to play. If you feel the same way and want to play amongst friendly and sometimes feisty people, you should apply!

The Future:

As mentioned before, if the server needs to grow and grow out of the constraints of Minecraft Realms, it can. This would mean switching to a paper server with plugins, but the core idea wouldn't go away unless the community requested otherwise. For now, the server will remain on Realms in the latest snapshot. In the near future, the server will likely shift to the latest release version of Minecraft instead of snapshots as they come out.

Furthermore, the server works on a roleplay-based Age Progression systemwhere every Age influences the style of gameplay, the technology available, and the environment. These Ages can come and go depending on how influential they are. But don't worry, these Ages don't fully reset everything you have done.

We use a "soft reset" system. How hard or soft a reset is purely depends on the specific age and its features. With this, you can rest easy as you will never lose all your progress (or at least for a long time).

These Ages start from basic vanilla, all the way to space travel. And yes, players can influence how these Ages take place. (Eg: Don't like something? Suggest to change it.) Since the server will start soon for the first time, the first Age is based on vanilla+ content. Next Ages will focus on more advanced civilizations and Industrialization (Create Mod), but this is up for debate.

The goal of the server is player engagement. Build Towns and Nations and survive with your friends among the changes and challenges the new Ages (or other Players) may bring your way:

Control resources.
Create your Government or partake in one.
Survive the wrath of the Gods.
Build amazing architecture and/or infrastructure.
Or… just chill. That's also an option.

INFORMATION

TotallyNotSuspicious is an SMP established in 2018, focused on creating an environment where interactions between members are the main focus – the primary goal is for the community to be inclusive, friendly, and collaborative. Every member is welcome to join with open arms; no one is judged here.

SEASONS

Season 12 released on the 2nd of August, which is hosted on 1.21. Seasons generally go 5-7 months in length.

MINI SEASONS

To bridge seasons, we host custom modded mini seasons! These last around a month – usually starting in December and June;

Our last mini-season used the Vault Hunters modpack, but can consist of custom modpacks on Fabric based on different themes; space, magic, etc.

DISCORD

Our server uses Discord for communication, for events/updates. Being on the Discord is required in order to be whitelisted on the server, but applying is simple and easy, with the process being completed all within the Discord Server.

Alternatively, the role of Discord Member is available – if you would just like to chat and/or take breaks from playing.

About Us
Welcome to Warped SMP! We are a Hermitcraft-inspired server dedicated to providing a true vanilla Minecraft experience. Over the past four years, we've built an amazing and dedicated group of players. We have a very friendly and welcoming environment and are always looking for new members, and we would love to have you join us!

The server last reset earlier this year and we have no plans to reset. This was a rare occurrence, we want to give our players time to work on builds and projects without a looming reset. Our top priority is providing a stable environment in the long run, keeping the world running as long as possible before ever considering a reset.

The just barely updated to 1.21 with lots of new places and things on the map to explore, making it a perfect time to get in to the server.

Vanilla Experience
We stay true to our semi-vanilla roots and seek like-minded players. Our server runs on Fabric, using only quality-of-life datapacks. We avoid using game-changing addons that would break or go beyond vanilla mechanics, such as teleportation or MCMMO. Any modifications to the server are thoroughly discussed and voted on by the community beforehand.

Community
We embrace all playstyles and have a diverse player base. Many players form groups and lasting friendships beyond the server. We deeply encourage community collaboration through frequent group projects, minigames, server-wide events, and more.

Our community is built on trust and respect, allowing us to have laid back rules and keep drama to a minimum and we ask the same of you.
